  2. I first met shaulaaaan when he was 17, doing his internship at @kalhibih.drinks . Back then, he hardly spoke a word. No one would have believed that one day he would confidently sit for a video interview. But today, he did. No, it wasn’t perfect. And it didn’t have to be. What mattered was that he had the courage to face it and try. Next time, he’ll do even better. This is exactly why I appreciate the work people like Hamdhaan are doing. By giving young people internship opportunities, they are not just teaching them how to make or serve drinks. They are teaching real-life skills, how to communicate with people, handle situations, take initiative, solve problems, and lead with confidence. These skills are just as important as the theories taught in schools. Knowledge is useless if it cannot be applied in the real world. Internships and part-time jobs give young people the experience and confidence needed to face life ahead. Thank you, Shaulaan, for setting an example. And thank you to Hamdhaan and the entire Kalhibih Family for creating opportunities like this for young people.
