For example: leaving the added sugars aside. 2. Start and finish the day with a meditative practice, that allows you to check with your Self how you feel and what intentions you have for the day ahead or go to bed in harmony, allowing centeredness and balance into your being. 3. Get active: accumulate at least 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity in all or mostly all days of the week. 4. Be in close connection to Nature. Allow Her to bring you to balance, to re calibrate you, to nurture you. 5. Prep your Self into a good night sleep by stopping the use of electronics at least 2 hours before you go to bed. We all can start today .The practices are simple and yet very effective to improve our health if we choose to be consistent, disciplined .
