  3. oh hello, just me here - catering for the *most beautiful* sit down dinner for @solitairemaserati - no but seriously, someone pinch me please? 🥹✨ I knew that I had to come up with an *exceptional* Italian menu; so of course I reached out to my dear friend and wildly talented chef, Gabriele Pezzimenti @gabrielechef - together we created an incredible menu to pair with a beautifully curated list of wines from the team at @vinifywine The evening started with a couple of beautiful canapés - including wagyu beef tartare with smoked oil, caper mayo and cured egg yolk in cute little pani puri… the *most* beautiful blue swimmer crab on itty bitty sourdough crumpets from @neighbours.365 Entrees were dry aged barramundi (by @fair_seafood ) with blood orange agrumato, citrus segments and Merlot vinegar - and @gabrielechef ‘s signature Casoncelli Alla Bergamasca (with all. the. butter. 🧈 ) Our main was an overnight Shiraz braised beef short rib on polenta with a delicious, oozing centre of tallegio - served with exceptional @ngeringa greens with shavings upon shavings of Parmigiano, and the most beautiful sourdough focaccia, that Paul from @lipsonstcollective came in on his day off to bake for me 🥹✨ Dessert was the Limoncello Tiramisu of. my. dreams. 🍋 All of the edible flowers are grown by meee in my little (big!) garden 🌸 It was such a beautiful night - absolutely could not have done it without Gabriele by my side (grazie mille!) - and an incredible team of people to help on the night - @lenasletters @paul_sakatunoff @sweetfrosttops and my hubby, Troy (aka my muscles) Florals by @adelaideflowerhouse 🌹 This amazing life keeps getting better and better, and the opportunities that have been coming my way are beyond my wildest dreams - and I’m so here for it ✨ #solitairemaserati #adelaidecatering #adelaideevents #feastwithlarissa #foodstylist #maserati #Italianfood

  3. These are definitely my best tomato seedlings to date. Usually I start them inside for extra warmth but come into trouble with a lack of light. This year I sacrificed warmth for light; they were sown and grown in the outdoor mini greenhouses and have endured pretty cold temps! It’s worked really well! 💚 Watch this space to see if the same can be said for peppers and eggplants.... 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

  1. 🐆 GOLDEN BOY 💫 ⁣ ⁣ TLDR; the most AMAZING place!! ⁣ I enjoyed a fabulous Thursday night dinner @goldenboy309 this week. It was my first dinner out in quite a while, and after taking a short break from the food page I was so excited to post about this one! 🤩⁣ ⁣ If you’ve ever been there before I’m sure you can understand the hype. The tuk tuk menu offered is generous, costing $64 a person but including so much food that you will be guaranteed to roll out of there! 🍜Their food to say the least is AMAZING, and to top it off their service is so friendly and warm. ⁣ ⁣ Pictured are just some of the many delicious things we got to try, in order; deep fried soft shell crab, braised pork shoulder pancakes, kingfish sashimi, crispy sweet and sour eggplant salad (amazing!!), massaman curry with coconut and ginger rice, pan fried roti with pandan custard for dessert. 🙏🏼⁣ oh and their cocktails are also fab! My fave is the lychee martini 🍸 ⁣ If you’ve never tried it before, I’d highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back again 🐆💫⁣ ⁣ @goldenboy309 #goldenboy #adelaidefood

Last weekend was spent in K.I, exploring the beautiful scenery, enjoying the fabulous sunshine (lucky) and eating lots of delicious and local produce. 🦘🌊🥞🍯⁣ ⁣ From seals and emus, to private beaches, to delicious honey and other produce, K.I has everything to offer! ⁣ ⁣ Food pictured was @cactus.kangarooisland , who did a delicious brekky & great coffee.. (pictured is the banana pancakes, corn fritters and hot chocolate). 🥞☕️ We also tried food from plenty of the local pubs and some little stops along the way. The whole 4 days spend over on the island and not a bad meal was had! 🤩⁣ ⁣ If you swipe across too you’ll get a little glimpse of just some of the amazing views we had over the weekend.   3. Some of the best KFC I have ever had is always @banban_adelaide 🍗⁣ ⁣ This place does amazing fried chicken (which I’m sure anyone who’s eaten there would vouch for)! It’s so convenient with them having a little store you can pop into in Rundle mall. Nothing better than some classic KFC done well and this place always hits the spot 😍 ⁣ ⁣ So nice to be eating out again - even if it’s a quick stop by in between shops! ⁣ ⁣ #banbanadelaide @banban_adelaide
