Overall, if you’re looking for a hard hitting, gritty thermoformed paddle at a price point that doesn’t break the bank—this is the paddle for you! Drives: 5.0/5.0 Love how the ball doesn’t climb up the face of the paddle and keeps your trajectory. The thermoformed core makes this ball hit so, so, so hard. Third shot drops: 5.0/5.0 I was super concerned moving to a thermoformed paddle that I’d sacrifice grit and spin. I didn’t. Somehow it’s more gritty than my Raw 13x but hits way harder. Hand speed: 5.0/5.0 For an elongated paddle this is very maneuverable—mores than the electrum and GBX elongated for sure. Also, my fav part about the paddle is probably how when I’m in a hands battle the ball doesn’t come back. This thing just hits so darn hard. Dinks: I was super concerned with a thermoformed paddle and 16mm core I would be hitting way too high dinks. After about a week of adjustment I was able to get my dinks down (thank goodness). Resets: 5.0/5.0 Totally freaking effortless (see video). Just put your paddle out and let it do the work. Serves & Returns: pretty effortless, which is nice. I definitely don’t have to “effort” so much on the ball, which I normally have to with my 13mms. CONSISTENCY OF MANUFACTURING!!!! 5.0/5.0 I’ve played 4 different Muvn Gruvn’s and each feels the same. This is HUGE for anyone who is frustrated by having paddles break down every 2 months or having two paddles feel totally different that should be identical. #pickleball #pickleballpaddle #carbonfiber #pickleballpro #review #gruvn #muvn

  2. Keeping your paddle (and the ball) in front of you is mission critical to good dinking. The 💋of death is letting it get behind you. It’s a strange feeling, especially if coming from tennis where you tend to meet the ball to your side and just in front. In pickle, think about keeping your body parallel to the net (open) as much as possible and keep that paddle in front of you…! Something I say a lot in lessons is “meet the ball. Sooner! Keep trying to meet it.” The tendency is to watch the ball floating until it gets behind you … avoid this! I’m posting the full video from our sold out clinic @boulderpickleball — stay tuned! Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, dry garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight in the fridge for more flavor). 2. Prepare the vegetables: In a large bowl, combine the chopped potatoes, zucchini, and carrots. Add olive oil, minced garlic, dry garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well until evenly coated. 3. Assemble: Spread the vegetables evenly in a baking dish. Place the marinated chicken thighs on top of the vegetables. 4. Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 50 minutes.
