Make this AMAZING Carnivore quesadilla for yourself: Carnivore flatbread: 1 cup shredded whole fat mozzarella 1 cup high fat Greek yogurt 3 eggs 1/2 tsp Redmond real salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Mix ingredients. 3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and pour the mixture onto it. 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Carnivore Quesadilla 1 Carnivore Flatbread 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella 1/2 cup cooked chorizo 1/2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Flip Carnivore flatbread over on the baking sheet and layer the cheese, chicken, and chorizo on one half. Flip the other half of the quesadilla onto itself. 3.   2. Slow oven roasted brisket😍 This was a 3 1/2 pound brisket. I did roast low and slow. If you have a larger brisket, you will want to up your roasting time. I thoroughly coated my brisket on both sides and edges with my rub. For my rub, I used a blend of brown swerve, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, paprika, cocoa powder, and cumin. Everything was measured by heart of course, but you could totally use which ever a rub you prefer. I had a little bit of water to my roasting pan, with some liquid smoke, and then cover Tailey with my foil before roasting. I roasted at 275°F for 4 hours. Allow 30 minutes to rest and cool before slicing and enjoying.
