Shaolin training taught me practice beats talent ⚔️ if you train with dedication you can do anything 🙌 When I first picked up the sword I couldn’t swing it with enough force to make a sound or spin it in my hand, my shaolin teacher held staffs to teach me how to swing it close to my body until I could control it and not touch him with the sword when he was in front of me. He trained me day and night with so much patience, so I practiced late into the night until my hands shook.
