  1. Disclaimer‼️ I don’t make these videos to embarrass my dad or my family. I don’t make these videos for people to feel sorry for me. I do not make videos of my dad for clout, likes or comments. I make these videos of our life together to raise awareness of what we go through together. How our lives have changed in 3 years and our roles of father daughter have switched. For back content my dad had 5 strokes. He recovered from 4 and the 5th one end of 2019 left him unable to care for himself on his own. So we moved in together and relearned how to get along and navigate life together. Year 4 now, and now it’s me and my brother as his primary care. A lot of times we’re laughing, but 95% of the time he’s frustrated. He mainly takes it out on me, but I don’t take it personal. Everyday looks like this. Little moments throughout the day we’ll get along. And then the frustration of his situation comes back and it falls on me. I haven’t blogged lately about our life together because I’ve been trying to just do life and get through the day. As we children get older you’re very lucky if you have healthy parents. But if you’re like me and take on the role of “caretaker” I hope you find the love and strength to overcome each day. I hope you never feel bad for doing things for yourself sometimes. We don’t realize how privileged we are to have healthy parents still with us. I always say this, be nice to people.
