  3. My girls came to visit me 🦋🤍🥹 In just a week they’re smiling more, being more interactive, and just giggly and God knew my heart needed that today. One year ago I found out I was pregnant after TTC for 2 years. He knew I would need not just one but two precious baby girls to help carry us through this time. Not when we thought we needed them but when HE KNEW we needed them. Giving each day my all and trusting God for the 3 tiny little besties He gave me. Missing their brother and his cuddles so much today and every day I’m not with him. But he’s been having a blast hunting with his Pop and I’m so thankful he’s gotten to be distracted by doing things he loves! 🤍 this time is hard for him, too, and it breaks my heart! I can’t wait for the day we are all giggling under the same roof again!

  1. I make this on repeat. Recipe below 🫶 Based on my aunt @lyncollierphotography ‘s granola recipe. It’s nutritious, has a holiday flair, and is sort of a kitchen sink situation. You can throw in any combo of dry ingredients that you want! INGREDIENTS 4 c Bob’s red mill oats 1/2 c hemp hearts 1/2 c wheat germ 1 c dried cranberries 2 c pecans or cashews 2 cups sliced almonds 2 c coconut flakes 1/2 c butter 1/2 c honey 1/2 c light brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla bean paste 2 tsp cinnamon 2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp salt DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 325 and line 2 pans with parchment paper Combine all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl Combine wet ingredients in a bowl Combine dry and wet ingredients in bowl Pour over trays and bake around 15 min
Stir and then bake 8-12 more watching not to brown too much

Here’s what I used to make some strawberry butter: Heavy cream Strawberrries Lemons Sugar Redmond’s sea salt Beat the heavy cream in a mixer or shake in a jar until the buttermilk separates from the butter While it is mixing, make the strawberry jam on the stove with strawberries, lemon zest and juice, and sugar until thick consistency Squeeze all buttermilk out of butter while jam is cooling Combine jam, butter and salt to taste Form into a roll and store in fridge or freezer until solid and ready to package Enjoy! #strawberrybutter #porchgiftideas #homemadechristmasgifts #christmascooking
