  3. I ✨HIGHLY✨ encourage you to take a short drive out to Jemez Red Rocks for some delicious food and the beauitful landscapes! It took us less than an hour to get there from Albuquerque. 🏞️ @angel_gee23 saw a post in the Albuquerque Foodies Facebook group from Paulette Pecos saying that her and her family would be setting up a booth at Jemez Red Rocks over the weekend. So after the stressful week that we each had, we knew that was our sign to take a little trip up there to just decompress and have a good time. What We Tried: Indian tacos, fry bread with honey, Jemez enchiladas, oven bread, pies, and cookies! An Indian Taaco is one of my favorite meals and it was so delicious! But this was my first time trying a Jemez enchilada and OMG. I’m hooked! I’ve been thinking about it nonstop for the last 48 hours! 🙏🏼Thank you to Paulette Pecos and her family for sharing their amazing food with me, @vnessatalavera, and @angel_gee23! But I’m even more so thankful to them for letting us film our experience so we could share it with others! ❓Did You Know❓ The Pueblo of Jemez is a federally recognized tribe and is a sovereign nation with an independent governemnt and tribal court system. Jemez Pueblo is one of the 19 remaining pueblos of New Mexico.
