  1. ⚡️🤑 #75hard complete✔️ A little background on the last 2 years for me as it’s not always rainbows and butterflies. 2019-2020 was a difficult period of time for me like most. Building brands and constantly looking to find new opportunity is my passion. With all the nonsense during 2019 (and even now) I felt restricted and the walls were quickly closing in. My spirit was deflated and my drive was at an all time low. I began having doubts and was anxious all the time. I was resorting to bad food choices and alcohol to cope. I was losing patience, control, cutting corners, creating toxic relationships and making excuses. It was in this moment I learned about the #75hard program. I decided enough was enough and go all in on myself (this was a brain power decision for me to build back mental toughness, not a fitness challenge). I decided to combat my doubts and fears. I decided to stand up, stop making excuses and start putting in the extra work to be mindful. I decided to wake the fuck up. During the program I was putting more effort into my days than I ever had. During the 75 days I completed two 45 min workouts/day which consisted of CrossFit/HIIT/weight training in the mornings and runs, bikes, hikes, ruck walks etc in the evenings (sometimes midnight or later). I followed a diet, I read the books I had been putting off, I drank 1 gallon of water, I didn’t drink alcohol, I didn’t have a single cheat meal, I didn’t bitch out, I didn’t give up, I kept going even when I was tired. I battled. I know you may be able to see the physical benefits of this program, but it’s much more than that. What I’ve gained upstairs 🧠 is unmatched. Nothing beats a little humility and straight up hard a$ MF work. I’ve learned some really cool shit about myself over the last 75 days I am extremely grateful for. This program will break you and then make you. The feeling of accomplishment is amazing and I am excited to keep pushing myself beyond my limits. I’m only getting warmed up 😜⚡️ #livehard #grind #win #repeat
