  1. Yin and Yang ☯️ I’m about to go on a rant and talk about one of men’s biggest insecurities so if you’re Goldie locks please keep scrolling. HAIR LOSS! Many of you don’t know but in May of this year I got a hair transplant done because I was suffering from male pattern baldness and not only was my hair leaving my body but also my confidence. Hair loss is the biggest insecurity that over 50% of all men have to deal with and face in their lives. I captioned this photo Yin and Yang because they are polar opposites of each other. The first photo was taken on Sept. 24th (a little over 4 months after my hair transplant surgery) and is the best I have looked and felt in YEARS. The second photo was taken on July 12th, just over 2 months prior and is in my opinion the worst I have felt about my appearance in my life. Amazing what a little bit of hair and good lighting can do right? It takes a lot of courage to post something like this but I’m willing to share the ugly truth that we all hide from social media because I want to help! I’ve been dealing with hair loss since I was 16 years old and I’ve been fighting that battle ever since and still to this day! Over the years I’ve learned literally everything there is to know about what to do to prevent hair loss and what do to if you think it’s too late because I promise you ITS NOT! If you’re a guy or even a girl that is experiencing hair loss or even if you don’t know and want to ask questions please 🙏 feel free to send me a DM and I will share my knowledge and help some of you.
