This is Destane’e‘s second incredible transformation she’s gone through with me but this time it’s a little different. Just six months ago Destane’e became a mom to the sweetest baby boy (that I’m lucky enough to hang out with every day and makes occasional appearances on Zoom). Since becoming a mom she’s completely changed her lifestyle to take on this new role and be the best mom she can be and I could not be more proud of her. . One thing that has not changed though is her commitment to fitness. One of the biggest reasons Destane’e was able to bounce back so quickly was her consistency and hard work before and during her pregnancy. This girl came to her workout THE SAME DAY that she gave birth and was back in the gym the very second she was able to. . Being a mommy is a round-the-clock job. Sometimes you miss sleep, sometimes you don’t get regular meals and sometimes things just don’t go your way. It’s tough to fit the gym into your daily routine but she found a way to make it work and these progress photos are proof that its well worth it. . Congrats on one of the best bounce-backs I’ve ever seen Destane’e!!

  2. STRENGTH + HIIT RESULTS w/ @quinnstrange . Quinn has been doing my STRENGTH program combined with my HIIT program 5 days a week. I’m super proud of all the hard work this girl has put in and how far she’s come in such a short amount of time! Here’s what she had to say: . “before training with you, I had never ever weight trained in my life. I was always into cardio and bodyweight exercises because I had never felt comfortable lifting by myself and didn’t wanna get bulky. . I have always been active and fit but never really had a body that I loved. I never had a butt or arms and I have never been toned or considered myself strong. . It’s actually crazy to see how much my body has changed and how toned and strong i have gotten since starting to weight train with you and I don’t ever want to stop! 😂 . Also a side benefit I have noticed is that when I do do cardio now, I can tell I have more stamina and endurance which I previously had thought I could only increase by doing more cardio! Crazy!” . Keep it up Quinn!!!

STRENGTH + HIIT RESULTS w/ @faithghoward . “I was getting really discouraged because I completely fell out of any type of workout routine I had, due to the COVID shutdown, and honestly even before that I had tried really hard to workout on my own but could only get so far with it in relation to muscle gain, toning and shaping. You freaking blew my mind. Like what?! First of all, I come to you and you reignited my passion and love for working out, you then proceed to help me regain my confidence, and drop 18 lbs in ONLY 8 WEEKS!!! I mean I’m starting to have areas sculpted that I could never do on my own or even when I was boxing 5 days a week for a year. You took it to the next level with me. I mean that. My family and friends can tell a HUGE difference in my body and not only that but my overall emotional state and confidence, thanks to you. My ma also says she wants my butt now & wants me to show her how hahah. I mean I’m starting to think, what in the heck is my body going to look like in 8 more weeks!! Okay sorry for my long message, just had to let you know lmfao. Really... thank you for pushing me even when I don’t feel like it, hyping me up, and frankly just for everything you do lol. Game changer.” . Wow. If this doesn’t make a trainers day, idk what will. Keep killing it Faith!! . Just a reminder, @faithghoward accomplished this by lifting heavy weights 5x/week. Squats. Deadlifts. Lunges. Hip thrusts. She does it all and she works her ass off to get stronger at everything. . Lifting👏🏻weights👏🏻does👏🏻not👏🏻make👏🏻you👏🏻bulky. Do I need to say it one more time for the girls in the back?
