  3. Thank you @Kandi for the incredible endorsement on #WWHL 💙 That meant more than you know. I love you even more for standing up and using your voice! This campaign is personal for me. I’m running for Congress because I’ve lived the struggle. I grew up on free lunch. I received WIC and food stamps. I worked my way through school, built businesses in this district for over 25 years, created jobs, and treated thousands of patients. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when healthcare is too expensive, when families are drowning in bills, and when small businesses don’t get the support they deserve. My platform is simple and powerful: • Affordability – Lower the cost of living, protect Social Security and Medicare, expand access to affordable housing, and fight price gouging. • Healthcare – Integrate medical, dental, and mental health. Expand access, lower prescription drug costs, protect the ACA, and support veterans and seniors. • Education – Support public schools, fund HBCUs, reduce student loan burdens, and create real pathways to trades and entrepreneurship. • Economic Opportunity – Invest in small businesses, bring federal resources back to every county in District 13, and create real jobs. • Environmental Justice & Community Safety – Clean air, clean water, safe neighborhoods, and infrastructure that works for our people. I’m not running for a title. I’m running to deliver results. District 13, it’s time to Stand Up and Stand Out. We are More Than Just A Vote. We are A Voice. #RHOA #Married2Med #WorldWide #DrHeavenlyForGeorgia DrHeavenlyForCongress StandUp StandOut MoreThanJustAVote AVoiceForDistrict13

  1. 1. No one really tells you how lonely starting over can feel. Even when you know you made the right choice. What helped me was remembering that there’s growth on the other side of the lonely season. That quiet space is where clarity and strength start forming. 2. No one tells you how much you’ll question yourself at first. I second-guessed everything. What helped was slowing down and letting trust rebuild instead of rushing for certainty. 3. No one tells you that healing and leveling up are usually quiet. It’s not loud or flashy. Most days it looks like journaling, praying, resting, and choosing differently in small ways. 4. No one tells you you’ll grieve what you’re leaving behind. Even the things that hurt you. What helped was letting myself feel that grief without romanticizing the past. 5. No one tells you that starting over requires boundaries. And that some people won’t understand them. What helped was choosing peace over explaining myself. 6. No one tells you you’ll outgrow people, habits, and even old dreams. That part is hard, but I learned that growth isn’t betrayal it’s alignment. 7. No one tells you not to be afraid if you fall apart in the process. Sometimes you have to come undone to rebuild properly. You don’t fall back together broken..you fall back together better. 8. And no one tells you that starting over is often how women find themselves again. Not the old version, but a clearer one. One that knows her worth, trusts her voice, and moves with intention instead of fear. 🤍 If you’re in the middle of starting over and it feels messy or uncertain, give yourself grace. This season isn’t here to break you it’s shaping you 🤍

  3. 1. Don’t go without God. Take Him with you in every decision, every move, every plan. Because building without Him is exactly why things crumble. He’s your foundation… not just your backup plan. 2. Operate at the level of the woman you’re becoming. Be real with yourself… does she have these habits, go to those places, move like that? If not, it’s time to start shifting now. 3. Wrap it up. Anything that you know is a distraction or no longer serves you… close that chapter. You don’t need to drag it into your next level. 4. Limit access to anything that makes you doubt yourself. That doesn’t always mean cut it off completely, but you do need space until you’re grounded enough that it can’t throw you off. 5. Be real… where is your time actually going? If it’s not going into your growth, your goals, or your peace, it’s time to start moving different. Start cutting back on what’s not feeding your next level. 6. You’re not always going to feel like it, and that’s okay… but you still have to show up. Start small if you need to, but stay consistent. That’s what’s going to carry you. 7. Stop sitting on things you already know you need to do. You don’t need another plan, you need to move. Even one small step a day will shift more than overthinking ever will. 8. You might outgrow your own mindset. Sometimes it’s not the situation… it’s how you’re thinking about it. I had to be real with myself about that. So I started shifting my perspective and letting go of the version of me that was keeping me stuck. 9. This season might feel quiet or even a little lonely. But that’s because you’re building something that requires your full attention. 10. You said you wanted more… this is the part where you become her. Stay focused, stay grounded, and don’t break your own alignment. 🤍 lock in babyyy… not in a pressure way, but in a “I know what I’m capable of and I’m not playing with it anymore” type of way 🤍
