  1. I didn’t do anything crazy to get these results.. Just cleaned up my diet and increased my cardio. It really is that simple, all you have to do is show up for yourself day after day 🔁 (Keep in mind I had been working out for years already, so i just had to cut to see the muscle I had built) 🥩For my diet: I used to eat quite literally whatever I wanted, I never restricted myself or had any specific health goals. So when i did finally clean it up (meaning switching to eating ONLY real whole foods), the results came so quick. I was eating in a deficit, not by tracking, but just by cutting down on my overall carbs. You have to cut your calories somewhere, and i was eating a LOTTT of unnecessary carbs (processed snacks, sweets, pasta multiple times a day), and after cut these out my bloating was gone. I ALWAYS tracked my protein to make sure i was never losing muscle mass while cutting! And focused on getting all my protein from real sources (meats and dairy), not protein shakes/bars🤞🏼 🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️For cardio: I had also never had cardio as part of my gym routine. All I cared about was lifting heavy. I never understood how much of a difference cardio could make in my physique. So I started doing an hour of cardio (stairs) almost every single day. This combined with the complete diet switch-up just completely changed my body. I feel like my hard work finally shows on the outside, and I also have never felt healthier/stronger.
