  2. I returned home from Awake Heart teacher training just as a DHL driver with a wide smile was carrying this box to my front step. This Nataraja that Brian bought for me exactly 4 years ago when we were in Ganeshpuri, India ~ a birthday gift from my boyfriend who still lived in London at the time - we were only one year in to our LDR after grace introduced us in India the year before, and were returning together as I brought a new group of devoted & curious pilgrims on Yatra. Because of the pandemic, it was delayed in shipping. We finally assumed it was never coming home to us. We let go. By some GRACE, and some help from my dear friend @yusuf78628 ~ it landed on my doorstep after four years in transit on this auspicious day of completing the most enriching teaching experience of my life. I've led teacher trainings for nearly 12 years - and been profoundly fulfilled by every single one of them. Why was this one so enriching? In short: I've lightly held the intention, which arose on silent retreat a couple years ago, to cultivate the capacity to be so present in my body, aware of awareness moment to moment, so open to grace, that instead of feeling burnt out, or even neutral a-ok-ness, while teaching 13 hour days in retreats and especially my meticulously detailed in-depth Awake Heart teacher trainings ~ I would feel the abundant overflowing nectar of ease I experience while on silent retreat for myself. Abiding in pure presence. Taking refuge in loving awareness. Devoted to being, even while doing. This was my experience this week (!!!) at @mountmadonnacenter while creating a container for 21 teachers from across the U.S., complex curriculum, big emotions, and holding space for a phenomenal week-long in-depth residential advanced teacher training. ♥️ 🪽 I'd love to share more with you, but there arent words yet. For now, only OM NAMAH SHIVAYA What grace. 🔱 Next stop > @esalen for the Way of Devotion retreat. And some exciting love in action with @yogaforallmovement.
