Today, we were honored to meet the talented @joncarloftisfinegardens, who treated us to a noteworthy tour of his home and gardens named Botherum. I was so happy to bring him a design I created with blooms from @dreisbachlexington and stems from @hopeflowerfarm. I also got to share my "Holly" mechanics from @syndicatesales, and my garden rose “Princess Hollys Hope from @alexandrafarms @princessgardenroses. What a remarkable treasure today was!! When it’s all said and done, I can honestly say that since a child, I’ve always treated everyone fairly, with respect, helped people in need, loved my Momma to the end of this Earth, worked tirelessly to be number one in whatever I focused on, loved my friends and my precious dogs (always female blonde with a reddish tinge 🥰🥰) AND have made countless folks enjoy their lovely gardens that I’ve designed and installed, and sometimes maintained.   2. There’s no doubt in my mind we showed up to @fitlife_productions Miami Muscle Beach the best I’ve been, and I think this video truly solidifies it. I won’t lie, 4th out of 13 isn’t what I worked or showed up once more for. I was really disappointed after pre judging, to the point I shed some tears in front of Hannah right after. I don’t expect anything from anyone when it comes to bodybuilding, but when you pour what I have into this lifestyle and chasing. Coming up short never fails in having more sting each time, especially when you’ve placed hire in the past with a lesser form. That said, thanks to my coach, and all the amazing friends who I consider family, I was reminded that I was at my best and to be proud of that. I know we often say “crazy lineup” in bodybuilding terms, but it truly was. As I’ve said before I choose Miami because it’s had just that, a level of competition that shows where you stand in the bigger picture. As someone not just competing to compete, I can be proud I held my own in that lineup. My words will never be able to express the feelings I have for those of you who continually show up for me. I absolutely could not do this without @hannahymullins or my people. Inspiring and loving others is my purpose in life, and when I receive that energy in return, it fuels my fire. The 🫶🏻 at the end was for those closest to me, you know who are. As for the future, I’m already back to work with @tyler_bedson and will be stepping on stage in classic physique this fall per his request.   3. Hard post for me to make. AJ is someone I would refer to as a life long friend. A very huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Someone where no matter how long we hadn’t seen each other we knew that we were always one call away and we would both be there for each other no matter what. So many memories and funny moments that come to mind when I think of AJ. We had just been texting 2 weeks ago about getting together to catch up on life. Its awesome to see the amount of love this dude has received. I would consider AJ a legend around these parts and someone who would go out of their way to make other peoples days better in any way he could. Even now he’s giving by being an organ donor to save others lives. This one stings and I can’t beleive such a good person could be taken so abruptly but I’ve learned life works in strange ways that I will never understand. Love you my brother.

  3. I use to be motivated by numbers in my career. I wanted to reach a certain point that I strived for daily. I do believe it brought success to my business fast, but that has drastically changed. My main priority and motivation in my business now is working to have freedom with my boys. To have flexibility so I never miss a special moment of them. To be able to give them all they need & more, while being able to keep my passion and creative side thriving.
