  2. One day your engaged, planning your wedding and talking to realtors to buy a home… and the next your single and moving in with your mom. I wanted marriage. I wanted to buy a house. I wanted to even have kids. I wanted all of it, more than anything. Every single part of me wanted it to work out. But sometimes wanting it and sometimes love just aren’t enough. There is this quote that I’ve always loved but hits differently right now : “when someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” It took me quite a few times but I don’t regret it. I chose to trust, to fight for & to unconditionally love someone that just wasn’t capable of holding it. Now I’m having the courage to choose myself. To let go. To Leave. To end my 7 year relationship & and my engagement and to start over. The spectrum of emotions I’ve gone through the past 9 days are all over the place, but what I will say is I feel more empowered and relieved than I did yesterday. I’ve also never known love or support or friendship they way I know it now. The way my people have shown up for me, held me, helped me pack up all my shit and move last minute when I was in a puddle, made me eat, made me laugh, got me flowers, gifts & helped me process is something I’ll just never be able to repay or forget. I’m so fucking grateful I have such amazing people to love me in this season. This is really fresh. I’m figuring it out day by day. It’s still not fully processed. But I’ve always loved being vulnerable with where I’m at. Showing up on social media for me is an outlet to self expresss. To create art through the most emotional part of me. So that’s exactly how I want to show up. Thank you for being here, for supporting me & here’s to a whole new beginning. ❤️

  2. If you want new clients to come back, your job starts before class does. 👯‍♀️ Here’s what that conversation should actually look like: • Don’t let them hide in the back. Place them somewhere in the center where they have mirrors & full 360 visuals. They’ll feel more confident and less lost. I tell my clients they have to earn the back row. 👀 • Ask about injuries like you actually care. Not just “any injuries?”, but ask for more details… “what movements tend to bother you?” This tells you exactly what you’ll need to modify before you even start teaching. • Give them a visual + a connection. Point them toward a strong, consistent client or introduce them to another teacher. Now they have someone to follow and they feel part of something immediately. • Check in mid-class (strategically). Not during chaos. Pick a simple moment (standing arms, basic glutes), drop your mic, get eye level, and ask how they’re doing. That one moment can make or break their entire experience. That means: • The client rebuilding strength stays active • The experienced client continues to be challenged • No one gets left behind or pulled out of the work Here’s where a lot of teachers miss… More equipment ≠ more effective. On paper, when you’re planning, it sounds harder… But in reality, it often becomes a distraction. When clients are busy adjusting to props or fighting for balance, they’re often unable to fatigue the actual muscle group you’re working. And fatigue is where the results happen. Instead… Keep your foundation strong. Choose a few intentional “wow” moments. Make them land. Because if everything feels like a wow moment… nothing actually is. The best classes aren’t chaotic.
