  1. My littlest love🫶 Teddy is doing really well. He did great with bottles his first two times and since then it’s been a lot harder. It’s slowly getting better but that’s why he has an NG tube in. So we see how much he eats and whatever he doesn’t finish goes in his tube. People with Down Syndrome typically have low muscle tone in their mouth. Hence why a lot of them have less control of their tongue. So I knew feeding would be a challenge but he’s doing so good! He loves his binky too which helps strengthen that muscle as well. Oxygen is still not getting better but it could just need time. We’re doing another echo tomorrow because it checks the lung pressure. So we’re trying to rule out pulmonary hypertension. But could be because people with Down Syndrome typically have smaller airways and smaller noses so it can take time till they grow. Because of the extra chromosome a lot of Down syndrome babies are born with a set of issues. I received a booklet with loads of information from genetics at PCH in December and all of the possibilities really scared me. 60% chance for this, 80% chance of that. I feel really lucky he’s doing as good as he is. They say people with Down Syndrome do all the things typical people do, just in their own time. So I know everything will just take time. We feel so lucky to be blessed with this little boy 🩵🧸 #downsyndrome #downsyndromeawareness

  3. Teddy is doing so so so good!! He’s off oxygen. He’s chugging his bottles and we get to try breast feeding today! He does have jaundice so he will be mostly under the light today. But overall doing so good. They thought he has a coarctation in his heart that would probably need surgery. Turns out it’s not as bad as they thought and it probably won’t need surgery! He does have a very large PDA that should go down in the next couple days and they’ll give us a final answer. But the docs are being very hopeful! Teddy is so strong, sweet and calm. We just adore him so so much!! #downsyndrome #downsyndromeawareness #momlife

  3. Welcome our new Varsity Pom Assistant!! Hello! My name is Dylynn Jones and I was born and raised in Arizona. I’ve been involved in competitive dance since I was 3 years old, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since. I attended Highland High School, where I proudly represented their pom program from 2016 to 2020, serving as the pom captain during both my Junior and Senior years. My passion for dance continued through my collegiate years at Arizona State University, where I had the honor of being part of the Arizona State Dance Team. I served as Junior competition captain in my third year and competition captain in my fourth year. 😈♥️💛♥️ Our hard work and dedication led to several accomplishments, including: 🥇3x DTU College Classic D1A National Jazz Champions with ASU (2022, 2023, 2024) 🥈3x DTU College Classic D1A Pom Runner-Upwith ASU (2022, 2023, 2024) 🥈DTU College Classic D1A Spirit Showdown Runner-Up with ASU (2023) One of my proudest moments was collaborating with my co-captains, Ally Nash and Chevy Heller, to choreograph ASU’s Spirit Showdown routine, which helped us win our second National Championship that year: 🥇DTU College Classic D1A Spirit Showdown National Champions with ASU (2024) I graduated with a B.S. in Business Management from the W.P.
