It’s been a long day of inhaling monomer, and dust. 😮‍💨 I’m running on black coffee & no lunch (because I prefer working back to back - until reality hits 😂) sometimes us nail techs are just super tight for time, or we’re tired & really just forgot! 🥵 ⭐️ 2. We all love a good solid colour set, French mani, or 2 finger design! Please understand that we have sooo many similar photos and are looking to photograph more unique/creative sets. Since our job doubles as content creators, we know that our audience also wants to see a variety of sets that are very different for their own inspiration. 🤩💅🏽 ⭐️ 3. We take a nail photo, but in the end don’t post it. This is usually due to the quality of the photo, or due to awkward hand/finger placement. The after set is a true story 🫢 now if they were brand new and training I wouldn’t judge, but if you are in a salon and producing that outcome there is a problem. 🫣 Nails aren’t $25 a full set anymore - especially not since we’ve moved on “instagram nails” 💅🏽 Moving back onto the $25 set posted in this video, there are so many problems aside from the quality/shape/thickness. When not applied properly by a professional you increase your chances of infection, bacteria growth underneath the enhancement, allergies, and trauma when it falls/breaks off (because it will.) 🤧 Personally I would also be concerned with the ingredients in the products being used if the cost is so so low. When you’re having the same product constantly applied every 3-4 weeks (sometimes for years!) you can be more at ease knowing you’re not having cheap quality like MMA acrylic applied. 🤡 (If you’re not sure what that is I suggest a quick google search 🤮) Additionally, proper hygiene, attention to detail, and personalized care are crucial for healthy nails, which require time and expertise. ✨ In the end, a $25 nail service may sound appealing, but the true cost of quality nail care often exceeds that price. Nail techs invest in professional-grade tools, products, and ongoing training to ensure safe and beautiful results. 🌱 When services are priced too low, it can reflect compromised quality, rushed work, or the use of subpar materials. Welcoming SWEATER WEATHER aka your nail techs worst nightmare 😈🔪🔪🔪 Should I be tagging some culprits ??? 🫢😂 Did you know that when applying gel polish and you take your nails out of the lamp they are not actually dry? They have a tacky/sticky dispersion layer that easily attracts A LOT of lint. Please avoid putting your hands in your purse or pocket, grabbing your phone, touching any tissues, etc! And I start over thinking it A LOT, when I do this I usually forget about my own style as a an artist and just end up hating everything, Then I saw something Nekori post or repost can’t remember about how important it is to have fun while making something and to respect your own style so I started over for the third time and it just work.   3. [ Genshin Impact - Yoimiya] Final Genshin set of this batch, thank you so much to this darling client for all her support ! ( it’s her third set ! ) When she order this one she told me she wanted to wear it for the matsuri and I was just so excited. It’s like nail art god spoke to me directly haha. Yoimiya has just so much fun detail on her, I knew that beside her yukata pattern I really wanted to do something with her kanzashi ( and i had those amazing gold fish mold i was dying to used) and her obi 😭❤️ It think this is one of my favourite set so far and it definitvely made me want some kimono inspired set later !
