  2. no I’m NOT preggo 😱 This is just a snapshot of dealing with IBS - yup I said it, I have serve IBS. Living with IBS my entire life means everyday is a challenge. For example, the other day I had a major flare up and I didn’t have food that would trigger this. So I’m going to assume it’s just stress. . Living with IBS means I eat a certain way for my belly - I’m like 85% vegan (where my veggie peeps at 🥑) with the exception of cheese on pizza and special situations. I eat at certain times of the day and generally have to lay down after I eat or else the pain is worse. Also deal with a lot of weight fluctuation - which is so hard on your head as a woman. Some days I look 5 months preggo and others I have abs 😎 So there I finally said it to the world.
