  1. I got this DM this morning. Yesterday someone else told me something along those same lines. Is it that obvious? Bh I’m ok. I’m healthy, happily married and have a healthy family. Just going through some life struggles and I guess it’s taking a toll on me and being that I have always been that girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, I guess I’m transparent. The truth is that since Covid, business slowed down and since my father in law got sick and then passed away things have been difficult all around. They say that when a man loses a parent, and he’s in the year of mourning it hits his wife like a boulder. And it did. It felt like a downhill battle and climbing back up sometimes feels impossible. So to answer the DM I got, yes, bh I’m ok. And yes I’m also struggling. So if I’ve neglected our friendship, or wasn’t completely present in our business meetings, or missed an important day in your life it’s not cuz I chose to. It’s probably cuz I was having a rough day and just wanted to stay in my bubble and I’m truly sorry. I’m slowly climbing back up and some days are better than others. Actually most days are better than others but the tough days are really tough so cut me some slack. I built this account by building a community, a sisterhood of sorts, and sometimes I forget that you are my people and that I can show up here with or without a smile. I’m here for the long haul and want to thank you for also being here. Sometimes the algorithm makes me forget that you’re here and that you’re my people. ❤️

  2. My mom turned 86 yesterday. Since it was Shabbos, I went to visit today. When we got there she looked sad and her face lit up when she saw us. She was so excited about the balloons and jumped out of her seat and said:”you remembered”. I went with two of my daughters and my grandson. It was really special cuz it’s also my grandson’s birthday today. He turns 2 bh. Times flies! Cherish every moment my friends. Annette 🩷
