  1. Je déteste tellement courir que j’ai décidé de courir 30 jours sans arrêt. Alors pourquoi courir un minimum de 2.4km à tous les jours et ça pendant 30 jours ? Pour me dépasser et briser les limites que je m’avais imposé. Voici ce que j’ai appris pendant ce défi : • Les premiers pas sont difficiles, mais faire le premier est pénible. « Pourquoi je fais ça » « Ça ne sert à rien » « Je vais sauter une journée », c’est le genre de phrase que je me disais avant même d’avoir enfilé mes souliers et pourtant aussitôt que la course commençait j’oubliais directement tout ça, j’étais focus à faire une meilleure performance que la veille. • La constance est la clé ! On entend cette phrase dans l’investissement, le marketing, nos relations, mais est-ce que vous avez déjà vécu cette constance ? Les premiers jours je courrais 1 km très rapidement et après tout s’écroulait, pratiquement incapable d’avancer. Donc j’ai développé l’habitude de courir à une vitesse que je pouvais garder sans m’arrêter. À la fin de mon défi j’ai couru 5km sans arrêter, tout simplement parce que j’ai été capable d’être constant. • Si tu n’es pas perçu comme fou ou totalement incompris, ton défi n’est pas assez gros. Les 5 premiers jours tout le monde m’encourageait, mais se disait « il aime tellement pas courir qu’il va arrêter ». Appartir du cinquième jours on m’a traité d’inconscient face aux dangers et problématiques que ce défi apportait. Mais à mon trentième jours, tous m’ont félicité de la persévérance et endurance que j’ai eu. Le piège c’est qu’il ne faut pas rester dans la case « fou » mais démontrer qu’on est capable de réussir ! En 30 jours j’ai parcouru 86.4km, mon meilleur temps sur 1 km est de 5,02 minutes, mon défi a commencé à 2.4km et ma dernière course était à 5 km. #run #goals #motivation
