  2. planning your Temagami canoe trip 👇🏻 I’ve been super fortunate to paddle the Temagami region for the last handful of years, and I wanted to give you some incredible suggestions for the 2026 season Lady Evelyn River: Intermediate; would recommend a minimum of 6 nights/7 days to accommodate big-water travel and take in all the waterfalls! Plus you need reservations for some of this trip Wolf Lake + Chiniguchi: Beginner/Intermediate; would recommend 3-7 nights depending on the length of your route/ where you want to go. Either stay for a few nights or at least get a hike in 🚗 TERRACE BAY Climb up the flight house, grab lunch and check out the Aguasabon Falls + Gorge. ☀️ NIPIGON Hike Kama Cliffs for an epic view (just before Nipigon). Stop in town at Love, Coffee xo and climb the Nipigon Lookout! 🗺️ Dorion Take a detour for the Ouimet Canyon and take in some incredible views, afterward head to Eagle Canyon Adventures to cross Canada’s longest suspension bridge. 🥾Sleeping Giant Provincial Park Do I need a reason to convince you? lol! Make sure to use enough time to hike The Giant and spend an afternoon wandering around Silver Islet.   2. This audio make me want to cry... The past 5 years have been insane. I lost my best friend, my Dad, at the end of 2021 which most definitely has been the most challenging journey. I've had to say goodbye to multiple long term friendships. But, I've welcomed in new more aligned ones. I changed career paths multiple times and am finally where I want to be. I've moved. I've traveled. And I've definitely had some amazing experiences too. Got through a really weird world wide event... you know I'm talking about. I continue to work hard on myself to release childhood traumas, internal blocks and build my confidence & self esteem. I could go on and on. The cold brought us closer, sharing stories around the stove, proving comfort isn’t limited to familiar settings and memories can be created anywhere. They’ve currently spent the weekend running around the forest and playing in the snow, or sat in the tent reading books and playing cards/Pokémon 😂 and as far as we can tell, they love it! Winter camping isn’t just about enduring the cold; it’s about discovering peace in solitude, enjoying snow activities, and learning new survival skills. The crisp air made for better sleep, devoid of summer’s muggy nights. And, without the usual wildlife or bugs, it felt safer and more serene. We wanted our kids to see that facing adversity, like the freezing temperatures, can be empowering. It teaches resilience, adaptability, and the joy of carving your own path.
