  1. The second special vehicle I had the chance to photograph and drive on my Montreal road trip was this absolutely stunning 911 Sport Classic owned by @jimmy_azouz at @porschewestisland. This car has been extensively customized through the Porsche Sonderwunsch program and is finished in Paint to Sample Light Ivory. This colour carries through the other Sonderwunsch exterior options including colour matched rear apron and wheels. The side Porsche decals are optioned in Satin Pearl White. Inside is an absolute work of art work of art with Truffle + Cognag + Aurum Tartan inserts on the Cognac leather seats and door panels. Other Sonderwunsch options inside include Truffle Brown seat piping, deviated stitching and one of my favourite options of cross-stitching. Palado Wood appears on the seat backs, dashboard, door and centre console trims. 
As great as the base Sport Classic is, it’s the thoughtful curation of custom and personal options that really make this iconic Porsche special. The Sonderwunsch program allows owners to tailor a vehicle to match their exact vision and everyone involved in this build really worked together to create a timeless and classic spec. A big thank you to Jimmy for the opportunity to get behind the wheel and photograph a vehicle that means so much to him, I truly appreciate your trust and passion.

  2. I’ve wanted to do this sentimental post ever since I started Just Try’n to ‘Dad’. This was was of the saddest yet most heart felt moments I’ve ever had with Kaylee. Share with someone special. ❤️ The context: 2018 I don’t think I’ll ever look at birds the same way again, thanks to Kaylee. Tonight we were talking about her great Nana and how she passed away a while go. Kaylee believes that when her great Nana died, she came back as a beautiful Bluejay. She went on to state that while Nana was a no longer one of us, it was ok and that she loved her anyway. Then, she looked at me for a second and took one of those uncomfortable swallows, as if she came to a sad realization. She then said "Daddy, one day you will become a bird too". I told her that I wouldn’t become a bird for years and years to come. She could see that I was getting upset at the notion and she tried to comfort me by saying “It’s ok Daddy, I’ll one day become a bird too and that way we can be together” At this point I’m already feeling like I’m going to lose it and I could tell she was too. She took a deep breath and with a crackling voice muttered … “Daddy, one day I won’t have you”. I actually almost killed me. 😞 We hugged for a good 5 minutes and promised each other to make the most of every day we have together. A little deep for a good night pep talk. 😢

Couldn’t find it. So I moved on. Last weekend, a gentleman named Desmond reached out to me. Turns out I lost it at a WWE event at Rogers Centre on March 1st - and Desmond works there. It was sitting in the lost & found and it was about to be purged because it had been two months. Instead of casually chucking it, he took the extra step and made the time to reach out to me. I swung by to collect it and wanted to snag a pic with my guy before I left.   3. This past August we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. What can I say? I’m in awe and wonder of her at all times. She’s the best part of my life. We couldn’t let such a special occasion pass without commemoration. To mark it we wanted to take some lovely photos… but really we love any excuse to get dressed up together! We feel your support every day 💗 These are real film photos- @ishkhanghazarian shot these with the Hasselbald 500 C/M, a fully mechanical medium format film camera from the 1970’s. As always, Ishkhan is an absolute pleasure to shoot with and immeasurable talent. He was able to capture exactly the vision we had dreamed of. My dress was made for me by @shesdynamite (my anniversary present from Niko!) and it’s such a dream. I felt like a slice of cake wearing it and I need to think up about 50 more occasions where I can wear it again! Niko’s jacket and trousers are from @ralphlauren. Our rings are by @anastassiasel.
