  3. Sometimes I look in the mirror and don’t recognize myself. Training seems to be challenging. My body is changing faster than ever. My skills and performance have changed. My techniques have been readjusted. My dynamic performance has shifted. My rest periods are longer. I’m no longer doing dynamic calisthenics. I’ve put a pause on some of my gymnastics skills such as backbend kickovers and handsprings. Somedays you’re a little more emotional. Sometimes you’re feeling strong and confident. Also, not breaking the set was very challenging, so I had to kip with some reps at the end. My best set, I would say it was the 2nd set (9 reps) _ Some say the routines I post are "unrealistic" or "impossible" and only post videos when I finally "get" the move.
