  3. Ok, so I’m in my feels today. My babies had their first (half) day of school! The morning didn’t go as smoothly as planned - surprisingly not because of school jitters, but because I didn’t do the pony tails in the exact way that was expected of me haha, went over the hair a few times. There were some nerves on the way to school, but zero tears before or during - yay!! So I would say first day was a success. I was even able to get Franki to stand still for a few pics, which is a challenge of its own. Tomorrow will be a whole day, and Mommy can start organizing my life. My house. My brain.   1. It was my birthday over the weekend, and I spent it crashing another friend’s birthday cottage weekend. This is the second year in a row that I’ve celebrated my birthday by crashing someone else’s destination birthday—lol, I’m starting to like this trend for myself! I feel extremely privileged to even be saying that, especially because I know what’s it’s like to have a lot of sub par birthday celebrations. But it’s all good we only counting blessings over here, and this past weekend was special. I’m thankful for the amazing people I’ve met in this life and for the love and patience I’m consistently shown. I don’t take your friendship for granted. Thank you.   3. My heart is full. This past week, along with most of 2023, has overflowed with love and great energy. I recognize that life has its highs and lows, and sometimes the lows unfairly outweigh the highs (believe me, I’ve been there). All we can really do is continue striving to be better, both for ourselves and for our loved ones, every day. I’m sending so much love to anyone reading this and to everyone who has played a part in my growth and journey. I cannot thank you enough.
