  3. This IKEA hack is a perfect solution if you want built-ins with 8-9 foot ceilings. Let me show you! I combined 3 HAVSTA cabinets and 6 BILLY bookcases to create these built-ins for my home office. HAVSTA and BILLY don't naturally go together because BILLY is a little less wide and less deep than HAVSTA, but that's exactly what I wanted! The upper bookcases are a bit inset from the cabinets themselves, which I think contributes greatly to the look of being built in. Paint, trim, caulking, and filling all the bookcase holes makes such a big difference for a project like this. Questions? Check out the highlight bubbles on my page!   2. 1 year ago, i got firedfrom my 9-5 job. What originally felt like an end-of-the-world moment, turned into something more that i could’ve imagined. I was fired because i was unable to make a no-name finance company go viral on social media. My ideas were constantly shut down, and just as I was about to quit, they somehow found out and fired me first. But that push gave me the courage to pursue a creative career. This tomato and strawberry pin cushion is a classic sewing tool that was most likely introduced in during the Victorian Era. 🍅 According to folklore, placing a tomato on the mantel of a new house guaranteed prosperity and repelled evil spirits (perhaps an offering to the Goddess of Nightshade?). Ça fait plusieurs semaines que je vous en parle: j’ai finalement changé la housse de mon sofa IKEA pour une housse @bemzdesign et je suis en AMOUR 💛🤍🤎 Il n’y avait rien de mal avec la housse d’avant, mais j’ai toujours trouvé qu’elle fittait moyen dans le décor et j’avais envie de quelque chose de plus fun, qui me ressemble plus. La housse est un mélange de lin et de coton Better Cotton Initiative (super doux!) et c’était vraiment easy breezy à installer, genre j’ai pu le faire seule. Pour vrai, quand j’ai eu fini de l’installer, je dois avouer avoir eu une petite émotion de “omg, c’est tellement beau” 😭 Qu’est-ce que vous en pensez? *produit reçu
