  3. Finally and after a deep research into what Hijabis Actually wore early 2000’s i’m back with 4 different outfits portraying 4 different hijabi characters. Inspo was taken from an Iraqi Series aired on the year 2000 called “مناوي باشا". And as someone who have let their eyebrows stay natural for 4 months now i couldn’t do a 2000s video without the thin brows so thank you @makeup.by.soma for letting me see myself with the thinnest brows yet 😂❤️ Let’s break some outfits down: #1. Haora, a very outgoing, unapologetic young woman who doesn’t give a #%^ about your opinion of her. I tried to wear the hijab like they did in the early 2000 and ofc the leopard print was so ✨ in fashion ✨ #2. Lucy, this outfit was inspired by an outfit i wore in 2007 as a 10 year old. Lucy is a high school student who has a lot of drama going on with her friends. I’m wearing a bohemian vibe top, denim from True Religion, a brand that stood out in that era and also i found a necklace that looks like the one i used to wear which gave me goosebumps. #3. Saadiya, a grown up woman in her late 30’s, she has no time to waste and a lot of business to take care of. She reminds me of my strong aunt that raised her kids on her own while managed a business. This style is inspired by Iraqi women in the early 2000’s, so much elegance. Saadiya is my role model. 4. Khadijah. An older lady in her 60+ She has everyone in control and yet she doesn’t seem to be satisfied much. I’m wearing a hijab called “foota” which is something only old ladies wear in Iraq.
