Ingredientes: - 100ml de aceite de oliva (dividido) - 200g de zanahorias, picadas en cubitos - 200g de cebolla amarilla, picada en cubitos - 100g de apio, cortado en rebanadas finas - 6 dientes de ajo, cortados en rebanadas finas - 500g de carne molida, sazonada con sal y pimienta - 800g de salsa de tomate triturado - 600g de tomate entero aplastado - 200g de jitomates cherry - 1 hoja de laurel - Orégano al gusto - 600ml de caldo de res - 500g de pasta tagliatelle cruda - 2 pizcas de peperonchino - 100g de queso Parmigiano Reggiano, rallado - Sal y pimienta al gusto Preparación: 1. Pica en cubitos las zanahorias y la cebolla amarilla. - Corta en rebanadas finas el apio y los dientes de ajo. 2. En una olla grande, calienta 50ml de aceite de oliva. - Agrega la carne molida sazonada con sal y pimienta y cocina por partes para que quede bien dorada. Retira la carne y resérvala. 3. En la misma olla, agrega los otros 50ml de aceite de oliva. - Añade las zanahorias, cebolla, apio y ajo. Cocina hasta que el ajo empiece a transparentar. - Agrega los jitomates cherry y deja dorar. 4. Añade la salsa de tomate triturado y los tomates enteros aplastados. - Incorpora el orégano, la hoja de laurel y el caldo de res. Cocina a fuego medio durante 20 minutos. 5. Agrega la pasta tagliatelle cruda a la salsa y tapa la olla. Cocina durante 8 minutos. 6. Añade las 2 pizcas de peperonchino, el queso Parmigiano Reggiano rallado y unos toques de aceite de oliva. Mezcla todo bien. 7. Sirve la pasta boloñesa caliente en platos hondos, asegurándote de distribuir bien la salsa y la pasta.   3. In this unforgettable event at dried riverbed, we wanted to reflect our love for nature, integrating with the wilderness and environment harmoniously. Marianna usually rides her horse through the area and always thought of using that huge boulder for the perfect spot for an event. We used neutral tones, whites, and woods, with installations of dry branches and ochre tones, without much florals, but added dried elements that felt true to the surroundings. The large structures were something that definitely stood out, welcoming guests through the entrance with custom lamps that created a spectacular hallway. The space was huge, so we needed to be really mindfull of having elements that made it feel cozy and intimate as well. There were different Bedouin tents, that had a different goal, one was a whole bar area with custom drinks for the occasion while others were relaxation spaces with hookahs and oracle readings just before dinner. After this the guest were invited to dinner, a strategic setup where a huge boulder was the protagonist. During dinner, images of fire, animals, and horses were projected, creating a powerful energy while enjoying a fire show and a Moroccan drum show. The experience culminated after the sunset and stargazing, ending with a in DJ playing for the After Party. The tent in the middle of a giant stone floor added a special character, allowing guests to enjoy the environment with a Middle Eastern design.
