Grind shredded coconut, green chillies ( adjust spice according to taste) and pulp of one of the boiled mangoes ( do not put the skin, only the pulp) And curd, let it come to a paste 3. Add the paste to the mangoes that are boiling in the water. If there's excess water, remove some before adding the paste. 4. Add jaggery for taste. Check for salt according to preference. 5. Let everything boil and come together as one. 6. Switch off once the curry thickens 7. Heat oil in a small pan and add some mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, dried red chillies and curry leaves. Let it splutter and add it to the curry. That's it! Have it with some piping hot rice and ghee!
