I Cup Medium Grain Rice 1 Cup Cihan Rice or Basmati Rice 1/2 Kilo Chicken, We used thigh 3 long Large Eggplants 2 large Potato’s 2 large Tomatoes 300 grams Lamb mince 2 Tbsp of butter, divided 1 Chicken Stock Cube dissolved in a Bowl with 3 Cups of water( you might not need all of it ) Spice blend for rice 1 tsp Black pepper , Saxa ground pepper 1 Tsp Mixed Spice 1 Tsp All Spice 1 Tsp Salt Soak both rice in a bowl for minimum 1 hour Add oil to a pan, add mince meat, salt and pepper. Cook mince and set aside in a bowl. Slice tomatoes Slice eggplants long ways as per video. Add salt and let them stand for 10 minutes. You will see moisture release. Use kitchen paper to dab them and remove moisture. Deep fry your eggplant in batches. Set aside on a plate with kitchen paper once cooked. Line your pot with first. Tomatoes, then the mince, then the eggplants ( see highlights) Add Potatoes, Chicken then your rice. In a large pot add Water and a Chicken stock cube and dissolve. ( Check Salt ) Bring to a Boil and have it ready because you want to add boiling stock to the rice. Place enough stock to just cover the rice. Fold down your eggplants on top of the rice downwards Bring to a boil then turn down to the lowest heat. C H U R R O S 2 cups water 110 grams unsalted butter 2 Cups Plain Flour 2 Tbsp Sugar 2 Medium Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Essence or Paste 1/4 tsp Salt Vegetable oil for frying Sugar Coating 1 Cup Sugar 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Add water, butter, sugar and salt to a large Pot , bring to a boil over medium to high heat. Add flour the reduce the heat to low and cook and stir constantly with a rubber spatula until mixture comes together and is smooth. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl, let cool 5 minutes. Add Eggs and Vanilla and blend with a Food mixer or by hand. Add mixture into a piping bag. Line baking paper on a tray and pipe the mixture to the desired size. Freeze for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pot and fry until golden. Transfer to plate with paper towel then quickly coat in sugar mixture. #churros #dessert #recipe #snack

I used Pane Di Casa (The Below recipe is based on half the loaf) Garlic Butter 4 Tbsp of Butter 3 Cloves of Garlic 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp Salt Chicken 5 Chicken Tenderloins 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 Tsp Paprika 1 tsp Onion Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 3 Tbsp Oil Alfredo Sauce 2 Cups Cream 2 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp Oil 2 Cloves Garlic 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chicken Salt 1 tsp onion Powder 1/3 Cup of Parmesan Cheese Extra Parmesan and Mozzarella for the Loaf In a bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic, Dried Oregano and chopped parsley. Set aside.
 Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken until it golden brown and cooked through. Set aside
 Once chicken is cool chop into strips or small pieces. Set aside. In the same pan, add olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
 Pour in the heavy cream and add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and chicken salt. Stir to combine.
 Gradually whisk in the parmesan cheese and simmer the sauce until thickened to your desired consistency. Set aside in a plate. To Assemble Cut your loaf in half. Spread Butter all over. Drizzle your Alfredo sauce over your loaf. Add a 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese all over the loaf Add a 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Add Your sliced Chicken Drizzle more sauce all over loaf Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until Golden.   2. 🚨New Filipino lechon restaurant near the Sydney CBD! I visited @charcoalandcrisplechonau with @eemilyy.ss a not long ago. I can confirm, that the lechon is AMAZING! The tile like glossy crackling was crisp. Also, $39 for 460 grams of lechon is really good value in my opinion especially considering Sydney is really expensive to generally dine out at the moment. Such beauty in those layers of perfectly baked pastry, the painterly light and the gorgeous wild strawberries grown by Nadine just for this specific cake.   1. 📍 @_derrels so we visited the casual dining Indian eatery Darrels in Camperdown and this is a venue that has such a vibe and it’s a clear hit, because of how busy it suddenly got. The menu is well priced you get really good food and they had some sort of rose incense burning when we walked in so it already smelt yum! Gotta shout out to their excellent staff who got nailed the hospitality. 👏🫶 The menu is roti Burgers rice sets and we tried a lot of things we had a lot of things and everything was delicious. Just packed full of flavour. The only quibble is that the vindaloo had no SPice, and when you have vindaloo on the menu, you want to be going. Yup this is a spicy, spicy dish. I have some big news at the end of this post, but I'm gonna start by being honest about my disappearance. As much as I damn loved my Insta community, this page was beginning to give me some anxiety. And I feel ungrateful for saying it - I was really getting to a position I was proud of in terms of the quality of my output here as well as all you beautiful people who are/were following me and interested in my posts. But with everything going on in my life I was starting to feel trapped by my obligations. The pressure I was putting on myself to deliver a certain standard on a tight schedule, committing myself to too many projects while also working two jobs alongside this page AND my YouTube channel... I mentally couldn't keep up anymore. I'm so sorry for abandoning you all! I was overwhelming myself, and something had to give. And the thing that suffered most was my passion. I want to say now that I'm back, but I'm not - not exactly, anyway. A lot has changed, and this page is going to change along with the new direction my life will be taking. Which brings me to my big news. I AM MOVING TO JAPAN :O !! IN 4 WEEKS !! Omfg I KNOW right? This page is going to change up a bit. It will no longer be operating as purely food based. It's going to be FOOD and JAPAN and ME and also TRAVEL. But it won't just be the content that will switch up. I have decided, for the sake of my sanity and also the longevity of this Insta-blog, that I will not keep a strict schedule with this page, nor will I demand of myself that I post a specific amount of pics/vids per week or visit certain new places every month for the sake of content. I'm going to let myself just live, and deliver only that which SPARKS JOY for me and hopefully for you guys too. Because the quality of this page is important to me; but so is the quality of my life.
