• 2 fresh tuna fillets, diced
• Kewpie mayonnaise
• Rice wine vinegar
• Sesame oil
• Soy sauce or tamari
• Hot honey (or maple syrup/honey)
• Chilli oil or chilli crunch
• Sesame seeds
• 1 avocado, diced (optional)
• 1 mango, diced (optional)
• Spring onion, sliced (optional)
• Rice paper sheets
• Oil for frying Method: 1. Dice the tuna and pop it into a bowl. 2. Add Kewpie mayo, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy/tamari, hot honey, chilli oil, and sesame seeds.

Soy delicious 🍣🥢 Spoil yourself or someone you love with the most gorgeous Omakase experience at home courtesy of @aoi.tsuki_melbourne Everything from the packaging to the sushi itself and even the ridiculously cute soy sauce dropper bottles screams luxe and definitely makes you feel like you’re having an elevated dining experience in the comfort of your own home (and pjs). Pictured is the Tsuki Sashimi & Nigiri Omakase ($135) with 20 cuts of sashimi and 14 pieces of nigiri. I also tried their Matcha Terrine ($30) cakes for dessert which were beautifully creamy, rich and had a strong matcha flavour that wasn’t too sweet at all. So tender, so rich and engulfs you. So worth it with that price point. I found the broth super rich and clean, but a bit salty which could be toned down. Loved their rice paper rolls and spring rolls, but the betel leaf wrapped beef skewers (bo la lot) was a bit dry so once the cooking is nailed, that superb flavour and spices will shine through and send you to another universe. The best part is how talented she is with her nail designs. I’ve been going to her since 8 years ago and after not visiting her due to distane, I can’t believe she and her team are still as careful and delicate with your nails and hands. Gift giving is only one sign of her love language, she is an infectious soul who is talented. Even after having her kid, Leon, she still operates every day non-stop, and has not lost her energy one bit since 8 years ago when I visited her.
