  1. AYCE A5 wagyu beef teppanyaki in Japan! ☺😚 After watching Strictly Dumpling's (@HaveADumpling) YouTube video, we knew we needed this. The meal began with a few starters including a A5 wagyu patty mushroom salad, cold potage of garlic/almonds and teppan-steamed shabu. After that, we were served several different selections of bottomless wagyu. The meal ended with garlic fried rice, A5 beef soup and lemon sorbet with a cup of matcha.   1. 🍤GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP PASTA🍤 like buttered noodles, but BETTER🤪. We were brainstorming what to eat when we got back after Vietnam and had no groceries! I came up with this dish bc I always noticed leftover butter and garlic in the pan after making Hawaiian shrimp scampi.😆 Why not soak up all that goodness with carbs?! ✨Ingredients✨ 15ish cloves garlic, minced 10 shrimp 2 tbsp flour Paprika Chili powder S&P 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1 stalk green onion 2 servings spaghetti or another long pasta A shake of parm 😆 ✨Instructions✨ 1. Boil & salt a pot of water for the pasta. Remember to save a bit of pasta water for later! 2. Mix the shrimp, flour, paprika, chili powder, and salt & pepper together so that the shrimp are evenly coated. 3. Melt butter & olive oil together. Once melted, add garlic and cook on low heat for 5 min. 4. Turn the heat up to medium and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes, then flip and cook until done. Remove shrimp. 5. Add green onions, cook for a few seconds until wilted, then add cooked pasta and pasta water. Mix until combined, then add parmesan and mix. 6.   3. 🍝VIRAL TRADER JOES LOBSTER BISQUE PASTA🍝 I saw this easy Trader Joe’s pasta recipe all over social media and knew I had to try it!! 😋 You only need a few ingredients and it comes together really quickly. It’s such a good hack for an impressive but easy dinner! Some people use the TJ’s langostino tails as the protein, but the red Argentinian shrimp is just as good imo.🤩 This recipe made about 4 servings! ✨Ingredients✨ 8oz pasta (I used @flourandwaterfoods) EVOO 4 cloves minced garlic 1/2 an onion, chopped Cherry or grape tomatoes Red Argentinian shrimp S&P to taste TJ’s Lobster bisque A few handfuls of spinach ✨Instructions✨ 1. Boil the pasta to al dente according to the directions. 2. Heat up EVOO in a pan on medium heat and saute the garlic & onions until soft. 3. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft. 4. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. 5. When the shrimp is cooked through, add the lobster bisque and combine. 6. Add the spinach and stir until it wilts. 7.   2. I told myself I wouldn’t post anything political today but seriously?!? This is the second time in less than a year that my home has felt unsafe because of that man 🤬 I’ve received a lot of comments and messages that this isn’t a reliable threat and I am still angry that this is the timeline I’m living in where my mayor and the governor have been acknowledged that they are aware of the threat. I read about it in @sfchronicle and saw it reported a few times before I posted. I am aware that this could be a lie much like the lies about WMD - and still I’m angry that as a mom we even have think about this. I’ve shut off commenting: I don’t abide hateful comments from either side and comments have become too much to manage. I get it we’re all angry but I don’t allow violent speech.

  3. Did you know that one of Marin’s oldest operating bookstores is right next to your go-to Pilates studio? That’s right - @bookpassage has been serving the county since the 70s and it truly goes beyond just a “bookstore” 📚 They offer writing classes for all levels, hosted author events and even have a cute cafe in the front where they serve @equatorcoffees ☕️ Now more than ever, it’s important to shop local and support our small businesses when we can - so I popped into @bookpassage before my workout to find a birthday gift. It was so nostalgic & comforting roaming around in their shop. After I just dropped off my books and did a quick sock-change in the car before walking to @bodyroknorthbay 💪🏻 This 45-min workout has become a weekly routine in my schedule and I’ve truly been loving it.
