Their health was restored, and locals have celebrated the ritual ever since 💪🏼 While the biggest Jay Festival takes place in Phuket, in Bangkok it takes a deliciously different form - entire neighborhoods like Chinatown go fully plant-based for nine days 🤤 Both vegan and Jay food are free from animal products, but Jay cuisine also avoids pungent vegetables like garlic, onion, and chives, which are believed to disturb inner calm.
