NEW @croissante_bakery LOCATION ALERT! CORRECTION - IT’S IN LOS GATOS! @croissante_bakery (my go-to, just ask my coworkers/friends) has a new location in Los Gatos! 🩵 . @croissante_bakery is probably my most frequented destination (probably once a week?) and they have an incredible selection of French pastries made with French butter and flour imported directly from France. My personal favorite will always be the mango croissant and the flat Kouign Amann. My husband swears by the French Toast (it’s infused into the bread so you can eat it without getting sticky!) They also have Galette des Rois (King’s Cake) available right now that I picked up to give out as gifts to folks like our landscapers ❤️ I also personally appreciate they’re constantly baking throughout the day so that the baked goods are always super freshly baked ❤️ . This location is definitely more of a charming small bakery vibe with limited outdoor seating and I love that there was no line when I went on the weekend. They have a variety of baked goods, bread & their sandos: Breakfast, Longanisa, Japanese Egg Salad & BLT! A Filipino-Indonesian Fusion Spot in Carmel 🌊 📍Edwin’s - Carmel, CA This is not your typical mom & pop Filipino spot. They blew me away with not only their food but their presentation. Tucked away in downtown Carmel, this is the spot for Filipino fusion food. We ordered: 🍴 House-Made Crispy Rolls (Lumpia Shanghai) 🍴 Roti Prata 🍴 Balinese Fried Chicken All of these items literally hit the spot. The sauces they used added so much flavor to the dishes and the Balinese Fried Chicken was so crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The portion sizes are pretty big too! Parking: Street Parking so might be a little tough during lunch/dinner time Will definitely be back to try their other entrees 😌

You order at the front and can choose to sit anywhere that’s open. They offer both indoor & outdoor seating with beautiful floral decoration everywhere!! 🌸 Things I ordered: - small sweet tower: comes with a variety of sweet treats! Will pair well with some hot tea! - wagyu burger: omg amazing… I was so shocked at how delicious this was! My favorite item on the menu so far! It was so juicy and flavorful, did not expect it to be THAT good! 🤤 - *new* Korean short ribs w/ rice: it was delicious, perfect seasoning and tastes just like how my mom would make her’s! The salad that came with it was amazing and paired well with the dish! - taro egg latte: creamy and tasty if you’re a fan of sweet drinks! - peach lychee green tea: super refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness for my liking! I came at 10:30am and it was PACKED!! The vibes are great, service was on point, & the food and drinks were really good! Had the BEST time in New Mexico thanks to my family! I ate so good, I’m pretty sure I gained some weight over the weekend. 🤣 First time having @nekonekoabq and I loved it! So many delicious flavors to try. I got to try their pineapple & it was sooo good! Tastes just like dole whip! I also got to try the pistachio & ube swirl with the Nutella taiyaki and it was the perfect combo! If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend you check them out! 😋

First time at @itsdumplingtime at Santana Row🥟 The weather was perfect for dinning outside with Nina and @jess13.lai plus both of our 🐶🐶 The food and service was good and friendly but for some reason one of our dish took forever to come out and we almost decided to give up and asked them to cancel it. Ended up finally getting the dish thanks to one of the waitress that we flagged down. Honestly, the food was good but it wasn’t anything amazing. Their take on the dishes all were missing just a lil bit more flavor imo to make it amazing✨ Full deets: • sesame jellyfish salad: I’ve had this plenty of times at weddings and other dimsum places so was very excited to see it on the menu. Thought it tastes okay but was missing a lil salt or something to oomph up the flavor • shrimp toast: this was the item that took forever to come out but it was so good! Highly recc this if y’all go 👍🏻 • shrimp har gow: delicious and had plenty of shrimp but could get this from any dimsum place • Maine lobster siu mai: was so excited to try this cuz it used white truffle oil but felt it needed a bit more truffle. The taste was very light so might be good for people if they wanna try out truffle for the first time cuz I know white truffle is on the milder side. Otherwise I’d pass next time due to the price • chili pork dumpling: delicious and had good flavor. The dumpling wrapper was a bit thicc so had more dough than I’d like but still good • wagyu beef gyoza: again, got this cuz of the black truffle but couldn’t really taste must truffle and the wagyu..still good but pass next time due to price 😅 • Tom yum goong: yummy and unique; can taste the Tom yum flavor. Although it was wrapped in beet skin you can’t taste it. No idea if that’s a good thing or not but just fyi lol • southeast fried rice noodles: my dumbass thought this was fried rice but it’s fried “rice noodle” so don’t make the same mistake I did when ordering haha. This dish was super flavorful and yummy Overall I’d hit this place up again if I was in the area and craving some dumplings but if not I’d prob drive to DTF or Dough Zone 🫢 Have y’all been and felt the same?
