  2. De Steak Sandwich van Joe & The Juice is écht niet normaal lekker! 🥪🤤💕 Met dit recept maak je het iconische broodje steak van Joe & The Juice heel eenvoudig zelf thuis! Ingrediënten voor Joe & The Juice Steak Sandwiches: • 2 kleine ciabattabroodjes • 200 gram entrecote • Roomboter • 3 eetlepels mayonaise • 1 eetlepel mosterd • 1 eetlepel honing • Rucola • Parmezaanse kaas (geschaafd) • 1 tomaat • 2 augurken • Zonnebloemolie • Peper en zout Bereidingswijze Joe & The Juice Steak Sandwich3 1. Zet het tosti-ijzer aan en bestrijk de ciabattabroodjes licht met roomboter. Grill de broodjes in het tosti-ijzer, druk dit goed aan zodat ze dun en krokant worden net zoals bij Joe & The Juice. (Het makkelijkste is om 1 broodje per keer te doen omdat je het brood dan beter kan aandrukken) 3. Terwijl het brood aan het roosteren is, maak je de honing-mosterdsaus door de mayonaise, mosterd en honing te mengen in een kommetje. 4. Snijd de augurk en tomaat in dunne plakjes. 5. Haal de broodjes uit het tosti-ijzer en zet een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur. Verhit een scheutje zonnebloemolie in de pan. 7. Dep de entrecote droog met keukenpapier en bestrooi beide kanten met zout. 8. Bak de entrecote kort aan beide zijden, afhankelijk van de gewenste gaarheid (ongeveer 1–2 minuten per kant voor medium-rare). 9. Laat het vlees 3 minuten rusten, snijd het daarna in dunne reepjes en breng op smaak met peper en eventueel nog wat zout. 10. Snijd de broodjes open en beleg ze met: de honing-mosterdsaus, een handje rucola, de steakreepjes, geschaafde Parmezaan , plakjes tomaat en augurk. 11. Vouw het broodje in bakpapier voor dat echte Joe & The Juice-gevoel… en genieten maar! Eetsmakelijk! 🥪🔥 * Bij Joe & The Juice garen ze het vlees sous-vide. Rigatoni, silky green sauce, anchovy crumbs 🍝💚 easy and healthy + the creamy sauce with the crunchy salty anchovy breadcrumbs just work👇 Ingredients (serves 2) - 200 g rigatoni - 100 g cavolo nero, stalks removed (≈ 6–8 large leaves) - 2 cloves garlic - 50 g Parmesan - 1 small hand fresh basil (15 g) - Zest of ½ a lemon, plus a squeeze of juice - 2 anchovy fillets in oil - 1-2 slice bread, cut into square crumbs - 2 tbsp olive oil - Salt & black pepper 1. Bring a pan of salted water to a boil. Add the cavolo nero and garlic cloves. Cook 2 mins till wilted, then scoop both out into iced water. Drain well and squeeze out excess water. 2. In a blender, throw in the blanched cavolo nero, garlic, Parmesan, basil, lemon zest, a squeeze of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Add a small splash of the pasta water and blend until smooth and silky. Add more water if it needs to loosen. 3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, anchovies and a splash of the anchovy oil over medium heat. Let them melt into the oil. Add crumbs and fry till golden and crisp (5–6 mins), stirring often. 4. In the same cavolo nero pot, cook the rigatoni in salted water till just al dente. Save a mug of the pasta water before draining. 5. Add the green sauce in a bowl, combine with the cooked rigatoni and a splash of pasta water. Toss untill fully covered in sauce. 6. Plate up your pasta, add a drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle with the crispy anchovy crumbs, extra Parmesan and enjoy! 📌 There are a lot of new vids on the way, so feel free to follow @gabrielpoltorak if you’d like to see those :)

  3. Hello meatlover! Wie van vlees houdt moet een keer naar Sagardi toe. Een van de bekendste gerechten is hun Txuleton. Deze is ontzettend populair in Baskenland. Het vlees wordt gegrild op de speciale Baskische grill, hij loopt schuin naar beneden waardoor het vet langzaam naar beneden loopt en extra smaak geeft. Het resultaat mag er zijn. Het vlees is super! Goed idee ook om de sluitertijd wat aan te passen en voor een rijdende metro te gaan staan, al is het best jammer dat die Duitse metro's niet bepaald geschikt zijn voor mijn lengte. Natuurlijk had ik hier gehurkt kunnen gaan zitten, maar toen was dit gele monster al lang al weer vertrokken.   1. 📍BARRACA Rodizio Grill & Bar - Hoofddorp (just outside of Amsterdam) 🇳🇱 ——— Delicious all-you-can-eat Brazilian BBQ at @barracarodizio - such a heaven for meat lovers🥩🇧🇷We had some very good BBQ here, my my favorite cuts were Picanha, rib-eye, ribs & sausages 🍖 They were very well-cooked, seasoned, tender and smokey 🤤 Not all the meat were cooked to the temperature we liked, but most of them were pretty delicious and to our liking. I also loved the grilled pineapples with cinnamon and had it at least 3 times🍍 Side dishes such as Pão de queijo, fries and grilled banana (yum!) were served on the table. There is also a buffet with salad, sauces and other Brazilian dishes like Feijoada 🥗 Service was great and attentive, and we very much enjoyed our meal there and came out with a full stomach 🤤 Definitely highly recommend! 💵€45.50 p.p for 2.5 hours 💎8.7/10

  2. 📍Tea Up Amsterdam - Hobbemastraat 3 (next to Vondelpark), Amsterdam 🇳🇱 ——— Tea Up recently opened in Amsterdam. They’re well-known for their soy pudding milk tea & Asian flavored soft serve ice cream in Rotterdam, so I immediately had to visit when they opened their shop in Amsterdam 🧋🍦 I tried the soft serve in charcoal cone with mixed flavors: Hokkaido milk & Matcha 🍵 The matcha flavor had good balance, I could taste it very well but it wasn’t dominant. If you’re a matcha fan, I’d recommend going for the pure matcha flavor instead of mixed with Hokkaido milk. The texture of the ice cream was so smooth and creamy. It was perfect for a warm summer day 🤤 I also tried the Mango sago smoothie and Watermelon refresher. The mango sago smoothie was based on one of my favorite Asian desserts - Mango sago 🥭 The smoothie was made with pure mango and had thick ice blended texture which was super refreshing. The watermelon refresher was my favorite though. It has watermelon smoothie mixed with jasmine tea, which was a very delicious and refreshing combination 🍉 The addition of coconut jelly goes really well too. Overall, very tasty ice cream and fresh fruit tea 😋 I’ll definitely come back to try their milk tea next time! 🧋 💵€4 for soft serve in a cone 💵€6 for medium size drink

  3. 📍Boki Boki at Market 33 - Zuidas, Amsterdam 🇳🇱 ——— A friend of mine just open her Korean food stall 🇰🇷, @bokiboki.amsterdam, at the foodcourt @market33zuidas so I went to support and try out her food 😋 I liked the fried chicken the most, but some other dishes were pretty good, too. The prices are €7.95-11.95 for a small and large portion of fried chicken, respectively. Tteokbokki is €7.95 and Beef bibimbap is €14.95. She makes everything fresh everyday, and also makes her own kimchi 🥬 If you’re in the area, you can come visit her stall at @market33zuidas on Mon-Fri between 10:00-23:00! 😊

  3. Rainy bikeride with a smile on my face because I caught this one in the wild! Sharing the bill with @louievega next week!!! Some of the first records I bought in the thrift shop many years ago, were Louie Vega / MAW records and over time I’ve accumulated quite a bit of them. Louie’s one of the best producers in the game, consistently from about when I was born til now. Can’t wait to catch him do his thing live again!! It’s been a year almost (new york last year - cosmic arts) Impossible to name a favorite track but his remixes of ‘Dance’ by the 3 Winans brothers hold a special place in my heart. Heard @san_soda play it at 4am in Tokyo 7 or so years ago when I went to Japan with @shadylady_dj and have played it an infinite amount of times. Friends & favorites on the lineup as well - very excited!

  2. Dag lieve nieuwe volgers! Ik zal voor het eerst eens een voorstelrondje doen, hier. - Koken, eten, geschiedenis, boeken. Dat zijn mijn grootste liefdes en die zul je hier ook vooral tegenkomen. Oja, ik hou ook van talen (Frans, Italiaans, Portugees), klassiek zingen en katten. - Pasta is mijn grootste liefde maar ik kook nog véél meer en ontdek altijd graag nieuwe dingen. Vietnamees, Libanees, Indiaas, Frans, Braziliaans, Chinees: ik wil het allemaal. Meestal zit ik in een bepaalde fase door een reis of kookboek. Nu is dat de @debijbelvandeindiasekeuken, bijvoorbeeld. En ik keer altijd terug naar de recepten van @merijntol. - Geboren in Amsterdam, tegenover de Movies. In '93. Opgegroeid in de Zaanstreek maar na mijn examen zo snel mogelijk terug naar Mokum! Voor de studies Geschiedenis en Frans. - In het derde jaar van mijn bachelor geschiedenis, toen ik een semester in Parijs studeerde, wist ik dat ik me in culinaire geschiedenis wilde specialiseren. Het hielp daarbij dat de lessen aan de uni daar ver-schrik-ke-lijk saai waren en ik alleen maar aan het bedenken was wat ik wilde koken. Maar de fascinatie voor geschiedenis wisten ze daar gelukkig niet te verpesten. De combinatie vind ik nu juist het allermooist. - Ik studeerde Food History in Tours en Brussel. Afgestudeerd op beschrijving van de Provençaalse keuken in Nederlandse toeristengidsen 1945-1985 ('een norrittablet kan uitkomst bieden voor gerechten met knoflook en olijfolie').
