But from the moment we took my first bite, I knew that we had discovered something truly special. The Kela Vada at Zaveriwad Farsan House was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, with just the right amount of spice to give it a kick. But what really sets this dish apart is the unique flavor of the ripe bananas, which adds a sweet and slightly fruity taste that complements the savory spices perfectly. It’s a flavor combination that we never would have thought to try, but it works so well that we couldn’t help but go back for seconds (and thirds, and fourths...).
