Easy and delicious oxtail 🥰 Thanks for the inspo @treathefoodie 🩷 everything was delicious! ⸻ Ingredients:     •    Oxtail     •    Badia Sazon Tropical Marinade     •    Slap Ya Mama seasoning     •    Very Noicee All Purpose seasoning @verynoiceeseasoning     •    Garlic paste     •    Ginger paste     •    Jerk marinade     •    Garlic powder     •    Onion powder     •    Browning     •    Ghee     •    3 Maggi beef bouillon cubes     •    Water     •    Honey Instructions:     1.    Marinate oxtail in Badia Sazon Tropical overnight.     2.    Next day, rinse the oxtail and season with Slap Ya Mama, Very Noicee, garlic + ginger paste, jerk marinade, garlic powder, onion powder, and a splash of browning. Rest 30 min.     3.    Heat ghee in a pan, brown oxtail on all sides. Save the drippings.     4.    Pressure cook with 3 Maggi beef cubes + water for ~1.5 hrs until tender.     5.    Move oxtail back into the pan with drippings, add in some of the broth from the pressure cooker, and simmer to thicken. Add a little honey for balance if desired.     6.    Serve hot with your fave sides. Enjoy!

  2. CRISPY. OVEN. WINGS. No fryer, no problem. Just perfectly crispy wings every single time. These are my go to for game day, parties, or honestly… a random Tuesday when the craving hits. The secret is drying the wings well & a little baking powder magic ✨ I tossed mine with butter & my homemade ATL Lemon Pepper seasoning (recipe is already posted on my page) and served them with ranch… and yes, the homemade ranch dip recipe is coming next. Save this one. You’ll use it again and again. Crispy Oven Wings Ingredients • 3 lbs chicken wings • 2 Tbsp avocado oil (or any neutral oil) • 2 tsp kosher salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp paprika • 1½ Tbsp baking powder • 2 Tbsp butter, melted (for tossing with dry seasoning) Instructions Preheat oven to 425°F. Clean wings and pat very dry (this matters!). Add wings to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, then add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and baking powder. Toss until evenly coated. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place wings skin side down, leaving about ½ inch of space between each wing. Do not overcrowd. Bake for 30 minutes, flip wings over, rotate the pan, then bake another 15 minutes until golden and crispy. For extra color, broil on high for 3–4 minutes. Remove from oven and toss with your fave sauce or melted butter & dry seasoning. Serve with celery, carrots, and ranch or blue cheese. #chickenwings #superbowlparty #wings #beautifullybalancedkitchen

The salt seasons the meat deeply, the uncovered chill gives you golden crispy skin, and spatchcocking cooks it evenly (and in half the time!). Try it this season and tag me—I can’t wait to see your beautiful birds! 🦃 RECIPE Turkey: 1 (12–18 lb) turkey 1 tbsp coarse kosher salt per 5 lbs Herb Butter: 1/2 cup softened butter 1/4 cup olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced Zest of 1/2 lemon 1.5 tbsp each: chopped rosemary, sage, parsley 2 tsp black pepper Veg + Pan: 1/2 large onion, diced 2 Roma tomatoes, deseeded + diced 3/4 cup white wine Day Before: Remove innards, clean bird, and spatchcock (cut out backbone + crack breastbone). Pat very dry. Place on a rack over a sheet pan and salt all over (not under the skin). Refrigerate uncovered 8–24 hrs. Before Roasting: Let turkey sit out 2 hrs. Mix herb butter (no salt needed). Scatter onion + tomato on a clean sheet pan. Place turkey on top and rub with herb butter (get some under the skin). Pour wine into the pan. Roast: 450°F for 20 mins, then 400°F for ~6 mins per lb. Cook until breast hits 160°F and thigh 165°F (start checking at 1 hr). Rest 30 mins—temps will rise as it rests. Use pan drippings + stock for gravy.
