TOUM : Whipped garlic sauce🔥 INGREDIENTS: Makes about 2 cups - ½ cup garlic cloves (10 to 15, depending on size), peeled 2¼ teaspoon salt - 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon), chilled, divided - 2 cups canola/ avocado oil, chilled STEPS: - Put the garlic in food processor, then add the salt and 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice. Pulse to mix. Then, with the motor running, slowly trickle in 1 cup of the oil. Be patient and take your time, or the sauce will not emulsify. A fluffy, light, white paste should start forming within 1 minute; keep slowly drizzling in the oil over the course of about 4 minutes. - Turn off the motor, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then turn the motor on again and drizzle in the remaining 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, followed by the remaining 1 cup of oil. The whole process will take 7 to 8 minutes. - Scrape into a container and let sit uncovered at room temperature to cool. Keep the sauce refrigerated in an airtight container for up to a month. J’ai récemment vécu mon plus grand choc à vie. 🌿 Ma relation des 7 dernières années a pris fin de manière bien particulière, donc en ce moment j’ai besoin de quitter ce qui était ma maison et d’être près de ma famille. 💕 C’est pourquoi je quitte pour aller voir mes parents en Floride.   1. J’AI PU DE TEXTO!!!! Depuis maintenant quelques jours, j’ai quitté la villa, certains candidats et l’incroyable équipe qui se trouve derrière la caméra. Quelle expérience haute en emotions qui m’a déstabilisée, mais qui m’a aussi beaucoup apprise et permise de faire une belle introspection. Je repars le coeur plein, la tête haute et je n’en garde que de beaux souvenirs! 🥰 Certains moments de mon parcours ont été, pour en dire le moins, tumultueux et émotifs. Perdre mes repères, mon entourage et le contrôle ont eu un impact extrêmement plus difficile sur moi que je n’aurais pas pu imaginer! Croyez-le ou non, à mon audition j’ai répondu ne pas me rappeler de la dernière fois que j’avais pleuré (oopsi lol). Dans la villa, j’ai réalisé une fois de plus l’importance de la transparence, de l’honnêteté. Je suis fière d’avoir respecté mes convictions et mes valeurs tout au long de mon parcours. Depuis longtemps germait en moi l’idée de participer à une télé-réalité et j’ai adoré voir la logistique et l’envers du décor. Somme toute, je suis super contente d’avoir enfin vécu l’opportunité que j’attendais depuis des mois et de pouvoir passer à un autre chapitre de ma vie, avec plus de sourires et moins de lunettes soleil (hahahahhaa) 👽 Mention spéciale à @arielletrophy et @kingacia_ qui ont su me faire sentir à la maison dès nos premières conversations 💙 J’ai hate de rencontrer ou de retrouver tous les autres insulaires!
