  3. KONEC! ❤️ 53 čudovitih dni je mimo in nas še trese od dolge poti domov z letalom. Na koncu potovanja sva si kot vedno čestitala za dobro izpeljan trip. 😅 Z izbiro destinacij sva zelo zadovoljna (tudi z NZ, ker tako dolgo potovanje mora imeti kak low), skregala sva se samo enkrat (kakoooo? 😳), nihče se ni zastrupil ali zbolel (kar je res čudež glede na bilanco pred odhodom🫣) in tudi denge nismo dobili (kar sva se najbolj bala). V zraku smo preživeli 46h (čisto preveč za moj okus). Pod vodo pa smo preživeli toliko, da se Lili trenutno še ne lušta snorklat. 😂 Pojedli smo okrog 10 durianov (Lila pravi, da premalo 🫣). Prtljage nam niso nikoli izgubili! Sedaj je čas za privajanje na domači časovni pas in urejanje občutkov, potem pa kmalu začneva s pisanjem uporabnih prispevkov (nekaj jih je že nastalo zadnje dni, zato pokukajte na blog). Of course, this is one of the most recommended spots in Copenhagen owned by @frederikbillebrahe and a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The anticipation grew even more after I bought their book in early 2024. I was so excited to finally see the whipped butter tower from the cover in real life 😄 I know, 😂 The place is bright and cozy. As always, I loved the open kitchen, so it was quite meditative to observe the preparation of perfect plates. 💎 It was our last breakfast in Copenhagen, but I was super happy with it. 😊We went with the famous morning plate featuring a soft-boiled egg, sourdough bread, 24-month comté cheese, jam, and whipped butter, which was delightfully tasty even though the ingredients seemed basic. We also ordered their even more iconic almond blueberry pancakes. They were good, but the texture is more cake-like than fluffy-pancake, so it wasn’t quite aligned with our expectations. 😅 I I would recommend giving them a try and maybe visiting early so you don’t have to wait in line. We didn’t wait, but I’m not sure it would be worth it since Copenhagen offers sooo many great places to start your day right. P. S. There are 3 locations, no reservations, we visited the one on Kronprsessegade 62. Seasonal, organic and no waste kitchen, farm to table philosophy. 🍳 @studioxkitchen Cozy place, locally sourced, seasonal, fresh ingredients and the cutest bright vibes, an extension of the studio x store universe. Famous for their folded egg omelette with Nduja butter and anchovies - combo was 10/10, good coffee and drinks too! 🥐 @juno_the_bakery Everybody is raving about this place (run by ex @nomacph pastry chef) and I’ve eaten many amazing pastries so far but this bakery is at the top of the list. Not just for Copenhagen, for me it’s the best in the world!   3. Truly one of the best drinks we had in Japan (and best Cola I ever had!) and I’m thinking about it ever since. Send this to someone who loves Cola and would try this and save it for your Tokyo trip. We even bought some packages with magical syrup (It is an undiluted syrup that becomes Craft Cola by mixing with carbonated water) for gifts and to take home but I would loveee to have it again. It was summertime so this refreshing drink made my day if not week (and you have to know I was in Tokyo where everything was so amazing and above expectations this is hard haha), herbal flavor, zesty, a bit juicy, sweet but not too sweet. It was super interesting with milk too. The founder believes that if people are surprised by the taste of Iyoshi Cola, their view of the world might shift a little. They might feel a bit happier, and that could make the world slightly better and I adore this. Če pa sem se naučila ene dobre stvari, je pa to, da če zgradiš zid okoli sebe, na ta način spoznaš najboljše ljudi. Ker če te nekdo resnično želi spoznati in te imeti v življenju ti zidovi ne bodo pomembni. Tudi tistih najvišji in najmočnejši ne. Če nas/vas oseba želi imeti v svojem življenju ter mesto v njihovem življenju, se bodo podrli vsi zidovi tega sveta in ​​naredila bo vse, da bi bila ob nas/vas. Drugi? Samo umaknili se bodo. Zato sem hvaležna, da sem se naučila zgraditi nevidne zidove.   2. ČOKO-WHITE MOUSSE z zelo veliko volumna in- pazi to- manj kot 200 kcal na celoten (!) pekač! Če se spomnite recepta za marshmallowse, potem bo tole za pripravo mala mal'ca! Od njega ga ločuje namreč le to, da je polovica kreme kakavove, preostali del pa ostaja varianta marshmallows. 🍴HV: 𝟭𝟵𝟮 𝗸𝗰𝗮𝗹 / 4,2 g OH / 1,1 g M / 𝟰𝟬,𝟲 𝗴 𝗕 Za pripravo potrebuješ: ▫️ 300 g beljaka (tetrapak ali beljaki v prahu @pajsbrezobresti ) ▫️ 6 lističev želatine (tri za čoko, tri za belo plast) ▫️ 10 g kakava v prahu ▫️ tekoče sladilo (poljubna količina, jaz nisem "šparala" ker sem sladkosned) ▫️ flavor dropsi (za belo plast sem tokrat uporabila okus cookie, lahko pa povsem po želji!) 𝗞𝗔𝗞𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗩𝗔 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧: 📍 V mrzli vodi namočiš 3 liste želatine. 📍 Stepeš 150 g beljaka v trd, stabilen sneg. Med stepanjem mu dodaš poljubno količino sladila in flavor dropse. 📍 Preko cedila dodaš kakav v prahu in s kuhalnico narahlo vmešaš v sneg. 📍 Namočeno želatino ožameš in raztopiš z 2 žlicama vode nad štedilnikom. Nato jo z mešalnikom vmešaš v čokoladni sneg ter vliješ v pekač. 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗔 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧: 📍 Ponoviš postopke ki so navedeni za kakavovo plast, le da izpustiš kakav v prahu- razen če želiš v celoti kreirati čokoladno zmes (izbira je tvoja!). 📍 Pripravljeno maso preneseš na pekač in s pomočjo kartice enakomerno razporediš. 📍 V hladilniku naj počiva vsaj 2 urci. ------ 🚩 Mousse sem servirala s KOKOS-BADEM PUDINGOM (Zbregov).   3. Obljubila sem jih in tukaj so: VOLUME (American Style) PALAČINKE!! Obstaja 1001 recept ter način kako se lotiti peke palačink in prav vsi so okej, dokler nam ustreza okus, tekstura, sestavine in sama sestava 😎 MOJ CILJ je bil ustvariti najbolj NIZKOKALORIČNO maso ever, s tem da palačinka še vedno ostane podobna palačinki in ne zmazku na ponvi, ki se sprime ali pa razpade. Tako so po največjem naključju nastale te puhaste palačinke, energijska vrednost celotne mase pa je le 170 (kilo)kalorij 😃 Po čem se recept vsebuje od ostalih receptov? Potrebuješ le tri sestavine: ▪️250 g beljakov ▪️100 g Skyra ▪️1-2 g Xanthan gumija Poljubno lahko dodaš tudi sladilo/flavor dropse, kakav v prahu in/ali ščepec soli. Vse sestavine dobro zblendaš v mikserju, dokler ne nastane precej gosta masa. Popečeš iz obeh strani na pomaščeni ponvi. Če želiš da so ultra fluffy, ponev med peko pokrij s pokrovko. Obogatiš jih lahko s sadjem, prelivi..ipd. Kar želiš. Zgornje količine nanesejo na 25 manjših palačink (velikost dlani), lahko pa jih naredimo velike, pri tem jih nastane med 5-8. V maso lahko seveda dodamo BELJAKOVINE v prahu ali še kaj drugega, vendar s tem spremenimo HV obroka, ravno ta je pa point celotnega recepta. *Recept nam že sam po sebi nudi >30 g B. --------- Hranilna vrednost zgornje mase je: ▪️170 kcal ▪️4 g OH ▪️0,2 g M ▪️36 g B Ideja za sobotni zajtrk? 😏👀

  3. Sem mamica dvema otrokoma, fantku Adamu👼🏻 in mavrični punčki Arii🌸. Adama sem izgubila zaradi nepravilnega razvoja v 23.tednu. To je bila moja najhujša izkušnja v življenju.💔 Leto dni kasneje se nama je nasmehnila sreča in dobila sva najlepše božično darilo, najino mavrično punčko za katero sva TAKO hvaležna. 🩷 Danes je materinski dan.❤️ Dan mamic.🤍 Tudi vseh tistih mamic, ki jim ni bilo dano, da bi po porodu slišale otroški jok, tudi vseh tistih, ki so imele zgodnji splav, tudi vseh tistih, katerih otroci so umrli pri porodu.🖤Zavedajmo se, da biti mama ni samoumevno. 🫶🏻 In hvaležna sem, da sem mama 2 otrokoma. Fantku, ki ni nikoli zajokal in punčki, ki mi vsak dan kaže kaj pomeni sreča. 🔆
