Honored to be able to continue to share the good news (and eats) of my hometown with this amazing news team. Excited to broaden my coverage and support of the Memphis community.   3. I felt like a kid in a candy shop when I walked in Buster’s Butcher on opening day last Friday! I couldn’t stop looking around! The meat cases, the cheese case, all those gorgeous condiments and sauces on the shelves, the refrigerator with house-made salad dressings and steak butters to the case with all the steakhouse sides - so many things to pick up in this well-curated shop. I immediately started dreaming of all the fun things I can cook! My story on this “butcher shop like no other in town” is now up on @memphisnews. Please check it out! Seems obvious, but it's not always that easy to see when we're drowning in all the things #life.
