  3. Now who doesn’t love Spaghetti meatballs! This all time favourite is an American dish so please never mention it in Italy 😂. For the meatballs: -500gm ground beef -1/3 cup breadcrumbs -1/4 cup chopped parsley -1/4 cup grated parmesan -1 garlic clove minced -1 egg -1/2 tsp red pepper flakes -Salt and pepper For the sauce: -2 tbsp olive oil -1 onion chopped -2 garlic cloves minced -1 and half cans crushed tomatoes -1 bay leaf -1/2 tsp sugar -Mix all the meatballs ingredients together and divide into equals balls. -Refrigerate to firm up then fry in a big pan in olive oil till browned. Remove from pan and set aside. -Using the same pan, add the onion and garlic and sautée till soft. Add the crushed tomatoes, bay leaf, and sugar and season with salt and pepper. It was a tough and emotional journey including lots of serious talks, worry, care, hesitation and confidence, maybe one of the toughest for me as an instructor to be coaching a loved one a high risk sport, but Kyla, you proved dedication, passion, responsibility and amazed me time after time again and again. I cannot begin to describe the overwhelming feelings that rushed through me once I saw her standing safely on the ground elhamdullilah, walking in my footsteps and having completed her jump.   3. Although this is a WHOLE lot late this had to make it on here before the year ends because it was easily the best thing that happened all year. While working with the kindest and funnest people from all over the globe, the astonishing scenery of the desert, the greatest vibes, talks, dances and laughs that made this whole work-experience so special, I was given the unforgettable opportunity to jump from the beloved C130 Hercules over the Great Pyramids of Giza accompanied by the two most professional and kind skydivers. So much love and gratitude for these two, your energy made this 10 times better @juanmapestanyas @lui_lf Since I couldn’t possibly describe my feelings about & during this jump if I tried, I chose to let the reel do the work of conveying the unmatched vibes. Also, honorable mention to my family at @aliaparachuting.skydiving I had so much fun and the most amazing time with you guys, thank you for making my year better.
