  2. My kinda SOUPER BOWL 😆😜 If you’ve been here a while, you know my love for soup runs deep. Making them look beautiful and enticing is a skill I’ve worked hard on over the years. Some are easy, and some are really, really hard! IFYKYK 😅 Here’s a quick #foodstylingtip for soups with beans 🤓 This white bean soup already had a lot going for it but canned beans (although convenient!) can be very soft, broken and sometimes discoloured.   3. Turkey, Spinach & Feta Meatballs with Garlicky Yogurt Sauce. There’s 5 cups of fresh spinach packed into these meatballs, folks, so they’re basically a salad 😆🤣 A much-loved recipe from way back on my (neglected 🙈) food blog… Bake ‘em by the tray-full or in batches in your air fryer–which is what I did for these ones to get that even, golden brown colour 😍 Either way you cook them, these meatballs will turn out flavourful, tender, and surprisingly moist for being made with ground turkey. Served here with hummus and that garlicky, lemon and dill-spiked yogurt sauce. I haven’t updated the images on the blog yet, so if you want to see what a difference a couple of years of practice and learning makes, go take a peek. But wow this really was more like dinner for the whole family. - Affordable prices and big portions! - Almost all entrees under $30 + come with 4 mini appetizers, soup and a dessert - Claypot rice here has that crispy bottom!!
