  3. Was a special night to award two belts, nothing better than seeing people achieving there dreams!! I got to rap a black belt around the waist of a guy I’ve known since he was born. I’ve watched him grow into a man over the years, he came to train with us at 9 years old and some 18 years later he earned his black belt!! Congrats Eli Olson só proud of you! @eli_olson Also getting a new belt was Moana Jones who earned her purple belt!!!   2. isn’t it ironic 〰️ self-proclaimed lovers of outdoors treat neighborhoods like amusement parks, UBERed off in droves, high decibels at dawn, bathroom breaks on lawns, hosing muddy feet in front yards, wander aimlessly in streets, 〰️ ghetto gretel & hansel, lining trails with trash, they be like #ilovenature, actions speak louder than words, they leave ALL trace, so much plastic left behind, outliving their Instagram fame. 〰️ This beautiful place is at risk of being torn down largely due to the disrespectful impact on the surrounding neighborhoods as well as the round the clock rescue calls primarily made by inexperienced hikers. The advent of Instagram is both a blessing and a curse for destinations like these. Surely there can be a way for respectful hikers to get legal access.   3. Ikaika Classic 2025 ❤️ My first ever bodybuilding show & boy, was it a ride. I went into this experience not knowing anything & coming out with so much knowledge & STILL learning til this day. Fitness has been such a big part of my life for a while now & this was my statement of “if i want it, ima go get it” & I got it. Not to win a materialistic prize, not for the platform. But for the growth, for the discipline, for the lifestyle & mindset change. All what bodybuilding comes with. This experience has been one of the best experiences I have ever had my entire life. From early mornings, to meal prepping, to long gym hours, to practicing my posing, to the cardio, to constantly saying no to eating out with my friends ALL while balancing my social life AND being a single mommy. I got it. I did it. AND I am so damn proud of myself. I feel so overwhelmed with so much love from everyone. Thank you to my friends & family. The people who held me accountable & were patient with me when I was hungry. The support is crazy & I am so blessed to call you all my team & my village. TIME. from my clients that went to their grandma's PT clinic to help with their pain, movement, or mobility problem. Unfortunately, the traditional PT model just isn't set up to actually help out active people and athletes. When insurance companies run the show...what do you expect...? I feel so blessed and humbled by this accomplishment. I’d like to extend thank you’s to the following people who I believe helped me reach my goal.
