  2. How long does it take for a broken heart to heal? In this case I don’t think it will ever fully recover, perhaps only hurt less. 💔 I lost my mom. 💔The one person I have deeply feared losing my entire life, all 38 years of it. And now she’s gone. - It was a difficult battle. It was a horrendously long 40 days of her in the hospital (during these times of COVID and quarantine), not being able to see her. No one should have to ever be alone. It was a hell my family and I endured, the worst days of my life. However, I’m not writing out of bitterness and great loss, I’d rather speak of everything I gained. God broke me into a zillion pieces...but He didn’t leave me destroyed. 🙏🏼 He built me back stronger, wiser, more loving, more caring, more patient, less selfish, more pure, and with a clear vision of where to go from here. - It’s been a while since my last post on April 12. She went into the hospital at the end of March due to complications with her liver. She spent Easter, her birthday, and Mother’s day there. After 2 transfers to different hospitals and then to hospice care we ultimately said goodbye to her on June 9th. - The past few months I have spent quality time with my family. ❤️And God.🙏🏼I have spent enormous amounts of energy and time reflecting and praying, listening and waiting. I was in a spot where I didn’t know what to do next. - I appreciate all of the messages, texts, and emails with you guys checking on me. 🙌🏽 It means the world to me even if I didn’t answer I saw it and every message helped me in a way you will never know. I went from posting on social media everyday, and stories of my life to absolutely nothing. I was even gone long enough for someone to take over my name and business pretending to be me! (Shame on you...) 🙁 But I wanted to let you know that all is well. - After taking this time off I have some news! (No I’m not pregnant!) I have a strong calling to pursue a new career. I will now be getting my Masters degree of Science in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from Western States University. 🤓I was accepted into the program which will start tomorrow!
