If you really want to build a toned body that you are proud of, you need to ditch the skinny girl mindset & focus on building a strong temple baby! & strong does not = bulky when you do it the right way 💅🏾 What the old me (and most people think gets you toned: ☹️Eating f*ck all (1300-1600 cals) ☹️ Lots of cardio to lose weight (use as a tool) ☹️ Not lifting - or lifting, but being scared of going heavy & getting “bulky” / not following a program ☹️ Diet foods - low calorie, bulk salads, sugar free & no where near enough protein What really gets you toned: 🍔 Eating MORE food - nourishing with actual nutrients, CARBS & ENOUGH PROTEIN so you can actually have the energy to perform, recover, build muscle & preserve it instead of chasing your tail. You NEED to get out of that deficit for a while - but beautiful things happen here & it WONT make you fat with the right guidance. 🍳 For most, training LESS, (for me, this was from 5-6 days to 3-4) lifting some damn weights & having proper programming in place with intention for progression 🍓 PATIENCE - the body you think you’ll achieve in 1-2 months will actually likely take 1-2 years of consistency. But the sooner you start, the sooner you can start seeing body recomp changes in the next 3-6 months I was running the complete opposite way for the body that I was chasing for YEARS. But now the women I coach learn how to eat more, train less & sculpt their body to feel proud & confident in their skin with ease 🤌🏽 DM me “SCULPT” if you’re ready to build HER 💅🏾
