I’m late to a “new year new me” post but I wanted to appreciate the version that got me to this point: In 2023, I got comfortable being uncomfortable, took up more space and didn’t apologize for it, went alcohol free and haven’t looked back, loved the people dearest to me, played more, let go, and allowed gratitude be my compass. I spent the first few hours of 2024 at the summit of Kilimanjaro with my best friend. Climbing this beautiful mountain was the hardest thing I’ve ever done and emblematic of the growth spurt last year symbolized for me, personally, spiritually and professionally.
