  3. Covid + Grad School = MAJOR weight gain. Earlier this year I was about 23 pounds heavier. The picture to the left I was working out more but I still couldn’t put down the cookies. For the last 30 days I’ve been more cautious of the foods I consume. Picture to the right is 9 pounds down but I can see a major difference. My goal is to lose another 10 more and TONE. For the month of #november I would like to start another fitness challenge (thanks to the JFit group on #facebook) “No Excuse November” For the ENTIRE month of November we are: 1. Working out for 30 min per day 2. Saying NO to one thing that is holding us back as it relates to fitness 3. Adding a push up per day in honor of my hero who is currently battling cancer. I say it all the time how important it is to love yourself first but I never did that for myself I just preached it to others. So I took my own advice. Everyday I’m working, everyday I’m trying. Some days are easier than others and I won’t act for a second like this has been easy, because it hasn’t. But surrounding yourself with people who want to see you do better truly is a game changer.
