I’ve been able to leverage those skills and work for some of the biggest tech consulting firms in the world It all started when I was exposed to my first big boy holiday by @dr_tabs_ and @itschinnychin —I knew I wanted that lifestyle, I was determined to live it. I set my pride aside and asked for advice. They, along side my uncle, guided me into tech and helped me leverage the skills I already had. Now, I’m not a millionaire, but I live comfortably in a lovely London apartment, drive a nice car, and take vacations whenever I like. I have supportive friends and family, and my circle includes professionals, influencers, and footballers who share similar traits. I don’t believe in gatekeeping; I think we should be curious and learn how people achieve their goals to gain valuable insight. I’m grateful for the chance to help others find their path into tech. Many of you were probably questioning why I went so quiet, I had to segregate myself from everything and everyone and the roads and all social media I had to work on my inner self battling demons on demons I possess it’s not been easy and it’s only been getting harder but I love for it , I’ve been training religiously sometimes 3 times a day to better myself mentally and physically as a person each day, i don’t wish to glorify a life I’m trying to detach myself from and far from proud of in my music anymore trying to gain this false sense of security from “street cred”, there’s nothing glorifying about the streets or positive it contradicts the purpose of “getting out” I have nothing to prove to “ wonna bes” believe it or not this is the start of a new beginning for me and Im happy and proud to showcase all the hard work I’ve being puttin in for hours every day for my first ever fight for it to end in 30 seconds, first round KO 😅and the feeling was electrical ⚡️I’ve found a new family in @jimmyegansboxingacedmy the boxers the trainers truly made me feel at home and couldn’t appreciate you all enough and Thankyou to my family and friends that come to support me walking a new path of life this is jus the beginning there a lot of hard work to put in and Im ready to push myself to the climax 🦾 well done to my opponent aswell 🫡

  2. 🏔🏃🏼‍♀️🏔 On our last full day of the trip my knee was feeling better so we headed out to run around one of the Dolomites most iconic peaks, Tre Cime di Lavaredo! Safe to say it was the best trail run I’ve ever done, 360 postcard views, Tre Cime in sight at all times, very interesting rocky terrain and fun technical down hills! I even managed to attempt running up hill, which usually I avoid, so I’m feeling like improvement is happening! Psyched to get some runs in on UK soil now we’re home! 📸 @georgelonsdaleroutesetter being a human drone!

The Red Sea has my heart 🪸🐠🐬🐢 I already had love for the ocean and sea life, but since spending a whole week diving amongst them, I’m mesmerised by how beautiful and majestic the underwater world is! Some of the fish and coral we’ve seen are like pieces of art 🐠 I’m so happy @georgelonsdale captured so many beautiful moments that we can look back on, until we meet the Red Sea again! 🤿❤️

  2. #MedalMonday 🥇 #lockedin🔐 Yesterday marked the anniversary of my first ever half marathon! AJ Bell HM 2023 completion time 2:00, so wanted to do the same race a year on! AJ Bell HM 2024 time 1:50 probs my most enjoyable race thus far and marks my 7th official HM in the last year…Injuries, niggles and running through pain, but so over the moon with my time and race PB! The body really achieves what the mind believes 🫶🏾 Words of wisdom given by a few people days before when I was doubting myself because I didn’t ‘train’ and head was down due to being in pain… But my body said yes on the day and forever grateful to be able to wake up daily and move. HYROX BIRMINGHAM this time last week: 26.10.24 💫🫶🏾 🏋🏾‍♂️🏋🏾‍♂️ 👯‍♀️ Women’s doubles! 1.21. 🕰️ We took on #Hyrox with zero training, zero prep and a flash view of the rules en route to Brum!😅 Tickets were booked months ago, but we didn’t think to actually do it… The plan was to sell the tickets but the date approached rapidly, we only decided to actually do this 3 days before! 😦 Despite no prep and me being injured 🤕 we had a great day! I had a whale of a time! I was dreading it the night before and questioned why I even agreed to do it, even thinking I’d do it and hate it… but we completed it and I would say I would defo do another! People keep asking what happened to the rest of my vlog from race day haha, don’t worry tbc 😉 It was an even better experience knowing I got to complete it with my sis! @lollee_jay I am proud of you! 🧡 and we had the best supporters!🫶🏾 Always remember your body can do more than what you believe it can!   3. Manchester Marathon 2024 ☑️ Happy to run injury free, with a smile on my face and with a sub 3.50! Always slagged a marathon before choosing to face one head on but I actually enjoyed it, and it being tough. The last 5k makes you feel like youre losing your marbles but it’s a buzz 🤣 There was no wall or pain cave hit either which means I either got everything right or i’ve got room to work a bit harder, cos I was definitely having too much of a good time looking back at everyone’s videos but that’s what its about. Especially after having to pull out of last years.   2. Just out here on my own journey too 🤍✌🏽 In awe of the female body and how it adapts during and after pregnancy. Life is very different now to before having my son. Now I’m lucky if I manage 3 gym sessions/classes a week. I’m lucky if I hit 3 meals a day. And I’m really working on prioritising my own health as much as I help others do too. Still a long way to go for me, and my goal is to continue to increase my strength and overall fitness as well as CONSISTENCY! The first top pictures are just a few days and a few weeks after giving birth which I just think is insane. And then it leads me on to my postpartum journey with me feeling the most self conscious I’ve ever felt in my life (mama’s I feel you). But being patient and realistic is so important. What I didn’t do… 🙅🏻‍♀️Rush straight back in to training 🙅🏻‍♀️Train intensely 5/6 times a week 🙅🏻‍♀️Cut back with food and over restrict 🙅🏻‍♀️Track obsessively 🙅🏻‍♀️Say no to social events This is just my journey. Yours will be completely different and unique so never ever compare to anyone else’s. My purpose of this post is purely to encourage women to take their time in the recovery process, to look after number one, to not put too much pressure on themselves, and to keep showing up. And of course to celebrate how incredible the female body really is 🫶🏽✨

  3. CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🤩💫 @natalie_luskiw Nat came to me in August 2022 with one goal of feeling her absolute best on her special day. And that she did!🥹🤍 doesn’t she just look absolutely incredible. Nat got married in November feeling her best, feeling confident and I am SO proud. (I’ve been patiently waiting for her wedding pictures since🤣) What a JOURNEY you have been on Nat! It’s definitely not been a straight road, we’ve had a lot of ups and downs, a couple of breaks off training in between (partly me being selfish having a baby and taking time off) but she got herself back on track and she kept going. Even with a ridiculous amount of holidays and social events going on throughout 😍 I’m honestly just so proud of her, she had the most amazing wedding feeling incredible and now she’s pregnant with her 4th child 🥺💫 First client, now friend. SO proud of you and cannot wait to see you very soon 🫶🏽
