  2. I sat in this ice bath for 2 min! 2 times ! Here’s the deets☺️🧊 My soul has been yearning for new experiences, not just any tho! Experiences that feed the soul, feed the spirit, and that nurture my wellbeing 🔑 I’m telling you, if you don’t pour into yourself, you are missing out on your true power of being a human, because when you feel great, your ability to show up great increases 💯 percent. After doing some intense 45 minute breathe work, I had release so much anxiety and tension in my body, that I felt soooo much lighter, than right after our group did a cold plunge, 2 minutes each, twice! Let me tell you…. It’s been awhile since I’ve felt soooo good. Literally.. After I was done, I felt sooo amazing, to the point that I literally want this feeling for everyone 🙏🏽🌎 So many people are going through so much and aren’t doing anything about it, because they aren’t aware of what to do! It’s time I share my journey and hopefully inspire some people to cross the bridge, release there stress and anxiety through practices that have been here since ancient times.. The gain: 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗢𝗠. As of today, we don’t owe anyone …anything! Anything we make (besides cost of living) …is OURS!! Y’all, this feels unreal. I’m so proud of you husband. We can count on both hands how many side jobs you’ve done in order to make this happen. Late nights and early mornings. We got frustrated seeing people our age living their best life while we did very minimal or sometimes completely nothing on the weekends. But we knew what was to come was much bigger than the FOMO we faced. And it was all so worth it. I truly hope that our story can inspire a young couple out there to just buckle down and go all in. Your future is worth it. You will find freedom in several different aspects in your life once money isn’t an issue. You deserve to be free from those minimum balance student loan payments, that egregious car payment, those personal loans. If you aren’t paying on those things, imagine the life you can build with that extra money! To the young couple who wants to break generational curses but doesn’t know where to start; I pray you take our story and decide that you are just as worthy of this life!
