  3. MY TESTIMONY: This is just a small part of my story. One day while on a walk, I told myself that I was going to completely change my life in 2026. I had no idea what life had in store for me. Something that initially felt like such a huge interruption ended up being one of the greatest things that ever happened to me. Somewhere in the middle of it all, I found Jesus again. I found myself again. And I haven’t stopped. I am so incredibly proud of the progress I’ve made over these last eight months. Tomorrow, I celebrate 6 months of sobriety and 91 pounds lost in 2026. 🥹🩷 But the transformation has been so much deeper than a number on a scale. I’m now in the healthiest and most loving relationship I’ve ever experienced. Opportunities through social media have been coming in from every direction. And most importantly, I’ve become a woman who is sound-minded, confident, disciplined, and genuinely happy. I am so proud of the woman I have become and even more excited about the woman I am becoming. God is not through with me yet. Earlier this year, I was hopeless, lost, and afraid. I genuinely could not see a way forward. I had no idea that just months later, I would be standing here as the woman I am today.   3. FEBRUARY 2024 💔 - - - - - > JUNE 2025 ❤️‍🩹 37, divorced, healed, and finally back home to myself. 
There was a time when the word “divorced” felt heavy — like it came with shame, failure, or a label I didn’t ask for. I let that weight pull me away from who I was. I stopped moving my body, turned to binge eating in secret, and lost my sense of self. For the past 1.5- 2 years, I’ve been doing the slow, hard work of healing — rebuilding my relationship with food, fitness, and most importantly, with myself. I never thought I’d date again, let alone find a man worth trusting. But love has a way of finding you when you finally love yourself. Along the way, I found new joy — through travel, through living in the moment, and through challenging my body in ways I never imagined I could… like running a half marathon. I’m stronger, more present, and more me than I’ve ever been. I’ve also been searching for a project that could be mine — a personal outlet where I can show up fully and honestly, without chasing trends or trying to be an influencer. Just real life, real healing, and the freedom to be seen. It’s scary to be vulnerable… but as we head into a new year, it feels like the right time to share. (Don’t worry, the honeymoon/1 year anniversary is coming right up, that quick lol) We don’t make a ton of money. But we truly believed in sacrifice . Short term sacrifice for a long term gain. The gain: 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗢𝗠. As of today, we don’t owe anyone …anything! Anything we make (besides cost of living) …is OURS!! Y’all, this feels unreal. I’m so proud of you husband. We can count on both hands how many side jobs you’ve done in order to make this happen. Late nights and early mornings. We got frustrated seeing people our age living their best life while we did very minimal or sometimes completely nothing on the weekends. But we knew what was to come was much bigger than the FOMO we faced. And it was all so worth it. I truly hope that our story can inspire a young couple out there to just buckle down and go all in. Your future is worth it. You will find freedom in several different aspects in your life once money isn’t an issue. You deserve to be free from those minimum balance student loan payments, that egregious car payment, those personal loans. If you aren’t paying on those things, imagine the life you can build with that extra money! To the young couple who wants to break generational curses but doesn’t know where to start; I pray you take our story and decide that you are just as worthy of this life!
